The staff were fantastic. The discrepancy I would have to say is that I feel like next time booking through their actual website would have maybe explained a couple things better or the option to pay before the stay including the deposits and extra fees. As there should have been the same communication across both platforms. As then I probably would have book a different package and just stayed 1 night. Other than it being about LOCATION, pet friendly and the pool was really the only enjoyable parts of they stay.

Heater in the room was very noisy and wasn't working properly. My husband and I didn't get any sleep and he ended up catching a cold because of the busted heater/air conditioner. After going back and forth with front desk for a significant amount of time they finally offered us a small discount after initially saying there was nothing they could do. There was also black mold in our shower.
