Property is at a great location right next to the Magnificent Mile . A very small but decently equipped gym is available.

A lot of equipment problems - lights in the room and beds either damaged or not working, and the heating was not working properly for the duration of my stay.

Excellente auberge dans le centre de Chicago (Downtown Loop tout proche). Le personnel est hyper cool, les chambres sont très propres et configuration très bien pour la convivialité. Lits bien confortables et rideaux pour s'isoler. Salles de bains privatives à chaque chambre et propres. Excellent séjour pour Chicago !

The room and attached bathroom was very clean and also very cute--sort of bohemian modern.

Your booking.com site said "city view". We overlooked a parking ramp with a small slice of a view to the upper left--however, mostly parking ramp. The description said rooftop bar. It did not have a rooftop bar. Upon further investigation, they have several locations in other cities--and it was another location that had a rooftop bar. However, the comments shown, and ammenities should have only pertained to the location that was selected for the reservation (Chicago).

I DIDN'T LIKE SHARING A ROOM WITH SOMEONE ELSE I DIDN'T KNOW AND THEY LOOK LIKE THEY FELT THE SME WAY THAT I DID... WEN I CHECKED IN I WAS LOOKING AT MY CHECK OUT TIME ON THE INTERNET SAID 3PM BUT THEY CHECKED ME OUT AT 12 IN AFTERNOON.... BUT I DIDN'T FIND OUT I WAS CHECKED THAT UNTIL I WAS AT ROOM TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM... E.T.C.

It was very very very well located. All the night life and many of the restaurants were nothing but a short walk away

The location is excellent and easy walking to work and attractions.

Well right from the moment I arrived they could not find my reservation that I had booked with booking.com but she was able to make a reservation and even got the rate close to what it was with what I booked here. She was so bubbly and had a great personality. Then I went to pay for the room I used apple pay went through just fine and then went to pay for the incidental hold which was only $50 my card declined, yet I had transferred enough money to cover the entire total. I then checked my account, even though on the terminal it gave me my total, the actual amount which was charged was different her and I were both super confused but she could tell i was exhausted and since neither one of could even know where to start she was quick to accommodate and i am so grateful bc she didn't have to do that I wish i could remember her name but, She truly embodies the meaning of Hospitality, this was my first time staying here and though it was weird to see the vacuum cleaners sitting out in the hall way and some other little things but I honestly shouldn't mention anything negative bc all of that is so minute bc of that one employee who made a huge difference. Other employees of any hotel chain should model their professionalism after this young lady. Bc when you have someone who truly understands what it means to be hospitable in this industry keep them bc I travel a lot and the amount of pessimistic, Debbie downers, who hate their job and then I see issues, guess what I'm going to be more apt to complain but when you have an employee such as the one here then I honestly little things that usually matter, don't.

Small room. About the size of a cruise ship room. Little storage. Bed should be raised to allow under bed suitcase storage. Best for short stays of three days max, because of lack of storage. Pack light.

Staff cancelled my booking because I didn't show off on first day. No refund.
