The floor is a bit old. The bathroom didn’t have a fan.

The door lock for bathroom is broken. There was miscommunication between the booking website and the hotel, therefore I was charged twice the intended amount I was supposed to pay.

Only thing I like is the provided breakfast.

The breakfast service utensils and paper plates seemed very wasteful— not sensitive to environmental issues.

Staff was wonderful. After our first night we noticed water between the tub and toilet which we noticed was being sucked up into the sheet rock. Turned out to be a leak behind the faucet. We notified the front desk and they found us another room immediately. Breakfast was one of the best we had traveling. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This place is military white glove clean. My family and I really enjoyed the breakfast!

The breakfast was great, staff was so freindly and helpful. Nice rooms , great parking area, loved the jacuzzi. It was a great stay.

Wifi is not free unless you have someone at the front desk connect using a code. I woke up at night because it smelled like a dog kennel. It smelled like a dirty dog and stale urine. I spoke with Chris and said there can not be special rooms for people allergic to dogs because it would be discriminating to the dog. Yes, he did say that! I guess if you have a child with asthma or you have allergies this hotel prioritizes the dog.

The breakfast was good, and they accommodated my request of giving me a room on the top floor. The staff was also great!

Our room didn't have any bath towels. Front desk couldn't get them to us as she was the only person on duty until 8am. I finally went down there myself.

For us location was great. We went to the Safari Park (about 30 minutes away) and took various side trips.Hotel is across the street from a small airport but was nice and quiet on the 3rd floor towards the back. Rooms were very clean and staff was exceptional. Extremely friendly. We will definitely go back, hopefully when the Flower Fields are in bloom!!!
