Good a/c and WiFi.

Bathroom looked kind of run down. it appeared to clean. Panel over light and above bathroom sink was falling.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, staff was nice.

Pool was dirty,(they blamed rain but stay at other hotels w rain & pool was clean). Stayed 3 nights, on 2nd morning with sign on door saying “don’t disturb” & not asking for room to be serviced, a middle aged man employee knocked on door which my son did not respond to, & the man opened door! My son was very upset, the man apologized. Why did he go into room without request, & not checking out for another day?! Also, elevators ding very loud when they reach floor. It’s disturbing when people are coming & going during the night & trying to sleep. Hotels elevators light up w floor number & button light goes off when there. Please lower or turn volume of ding off. One last thing, got a comp breakfast to go one morning & bagel was mildewed with green mildew. Brought it back to show them, again they apologized, but what about the other bags? Also will not book with Booking.com again. They would allow for any change in reservation what so ever, wanted to ck out a day early & was told would be charged for the day anyway, so we stayed. If we had booked with the hotel itself, as long as you cancel 24 hrs in advance, there’s NO charge! Thanks.

The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always tasty and a little different each day. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants, and, most importantly, our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson!

Location was close to my destination. The staff was awesome! Everyone was super polite. The room was a nice size & had a comfy bed & chair. Breakfast was great also. Breakfast went until 10am which was awesome! I’ve never seen it past 9am so this was nice. Check out was noon too. Love that as well. Parking garage was an excellent addition also. Each floor had a door to that floor in the garage which was cool. They decorated the lobby for Mardi Gras which was so fun!

Light bulbs weren’t soft white which was not pleasant. My room looked out onto the highway which wasn’t great but was ok with the blind down so not a deal breaker by any means.

The staff was very welcoming and Loving. everything was awesome from my stay to the fresh hot breakfast in the morning! but most of all they made sure I was comfortable , I loved the fact they even gave me a call to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my stay, you guys are awesome! you guys continue to be Great!

housekeeper opened door 830 am while we were sleeping and then made noise doing same down the hall other rooms . she then opened our door announcing housekeeping at approximately 10am again and check out wasn’t till noon . never had this before and woke us up twice
