Very clean and courteous staff, truly enjoyed my stay!!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel seemed to be completely remodeled and was very fresh looking and clean. The location was great and it was very quiet each of the 3 nights we were there.

After the first night we came back to the room to find it not made up by housekeeping. No big deal. After the 2nd night we asked the front desk to please make up the room. When we got back to the room for our last night it still was not made up, This was the only part of the stay that was not good and very frustrating.

booking.com cancelled my reservation and we then got double charged. we paid $1600 for rooms and hotel charged as well. Will never use booking.com again

I liked how clean, cozy and spacious the room was. I liked the lighting in the room and the bathroom and sink was immaculate. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap that's was complimentary to the room. Everything was amazing.

Breakfast was very good and varied. However, the cooking service was very, very slow. It was because of the length of time to receive food that made us eat elsewhere several mornings. Staff (always only one) needs training on Starbuck Cappacinio machine.

The hotel checked me out three days early and sent me email with a bill. I called as well as spoke to supervisor only to find out that the same number for the hotel is use for corporate or national or something who were extremely rude. Finally was able to get through to the stupid voice response menu to speak to the actual hotel front desk to discuss with a Supervisor why they checked us out when we had a reservation until Friday. The Supervisor verified that I was correct and offer to provide two vouchers for dinner at the hotel restaurant. When we arrive back to our room late that evening our bed had not been made nor did we have fresh towels. By the way, we never received the vouchers.

Loved the room. Newly remodeled. The bed and couch were very comfortable and lots of room.

The pool was under construction. It was a couple of hot days. Could have used the pool if it was finished. Wasn't told this on the app. Lots of remodeling going on. Also not on the app That was inconvenient.

The staff was very professional, and handelled our group of 10 very well. The location is easy to drive which made it nice for me being I assigned navigator for this crew.

The room that I had could have been cleaner, there was hair in the sink and on the counter around the sink as we'll as in the shower and bathroom floor. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows weren't anything to write home about.
