Great value and a good location to reach anything in New Orleans.

The property was okay and location was great. We did not realize it was connected to an elder living facility, but it was different living facilities for guests.

I can’t complain about the property because we did have a great time in New Orleans and basically only slept there.

Breakfast was good but the eggs was runny.

The breakfast was great, especially the staff work extremely helpful. I thought that the senior living meets hotel concept was brilliant. I thought it was a beautiful thing to engage with the residents at breakfast. The fitness center was clean and nice. The location was quite convenient and accessible to everything we needed.We enjoyed our overall stay and will return.

We thought that the parking was limited. The facilities needed some maintenance. The ice machine on our floor was not working nor the floor below it. The shower door in our suite would not open completely. We had to squeeze into the shower. The pictures on the website implied that there was a garden veranda and pool access. But it turns out that was for the residents and that wasn't very clear on the website, which did lead to somewhat of a disappointment. However it was not a deal breaker for our return.

Room was spacious, comfy beds, breakfast was ok, the ladies who were there were always smiling and making sure you had everything. Parking was with no cost, wifi included.

Pretty far from the city, so you need car/uber taxi…

Not major, but as a courtesy, since there is a shower in the bathroom, there should be disposal shower cap in the bathroom. Also, makeup remover wipes would be helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking garage was convenient, well lit and gave easy access to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had tons of pillows. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable.

The refrigerator wasn’t very cold.
