The woman who helped us in the breakfast area was wonderful. She could not have been nicer. We really appreciated the large area for dog walking and the nearby wetlands area that was easy to walk to.

Delicious breakfast, great location, generally clean

Bathroom vent didn’t work and bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke in the evenings. When we called to inform the front desk, staff member said she didn’t know how she could help us. Staff member was unwilling to bring extra towels or soap to our room, because of understaffing. Overall experience was good. Just some staffing issues and the broken vent made our room humid and smelly after 4 showers on a hot summer day (room 303 for reference).

EVERY SINGLE THING. Especially the recycled utensils in the dining area! THANK YOU for that!!!

The dog next door barked ALL NIGHT LONG. ALL. NIGHT. Come to find our, the human stays there full-time, and someone from the hotel was supposed to go feed him and let him out. Me nor my husband slept a wink ALL NIGHT. I wasn't complaining (dog mother, too) until I found out this goes on EVERY day - to EVERY human who stays in my same room!!!!!! They just laughed it off like, "Oh, well!" Really? Did YOU get sleep last night? Jesus! It's one thing to allow dogs, but sweet Lord, THAT is uncalled for!!! I payed all that money to NOT get sleep?!?!?!? And then git laughed at? Not happy!

The hotel was conveniently located and accessible. The pool and hot tub area were clean and maintained.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not included, though staff indicated that it was at check in.

A radio in room. Paper to write notes. Lighting where coffee gets made.

Charged $300.00 more itialny then another $1000.00 which held up accounts for vacation and the hotel said its not their problem. Will never give your company business again!!

The room was clean. And that's about it.

They were under construction. Pool and jacuzzi closed. Loud and a mess everywhere. And for what I was charged, it's insulting to say the least. Breakfast was just muffins and Danish. I was extremely disappointed, I take mine stays at hotels to get rest and relaxation. This did not happen, and for the price, it was ridiculous.

When I arrived after an 11 hr. drive, the front desk person told me that she did not have a reservation for me. I made the reservation through Booking.com. She suggested I contact Booking.com and I reached a customer service rep by phone. The rep said she would call the front desk and to stay on hold for what she said would be 5 minutes + -. After 25 minutes I hung up and went to the front desk to see if the rep had called. The front desk person said "yes" but that the rep did not provide the information needed to register me. I was too tired to argue at this point, had $140 charged to me credit card after paying $107 through Booking.com. Apparently whatever was needed to authorize my reservation and rate through Booking.com was approved after I registered. When I check out the following morning the charge to my credit card was removed. I spent an hour trying to deal with this after a long drive. The experience soured me to both Booking.com and the hotel.
