it was dirty there are alcoholics and drug out side the facility

Floor and tub were not clean, there was a gap under the door and the deadbolt did not actually lock. Most of the outlets sparked if you tried plugging in. It smelled like an ashtray in the room also.

Was very convenient when coming onto Town and price was right. Staff was welcoming at 2am and help us with our children to the room felt secure and safe

Front desk person was nice

Everything. There was mold in the bathrooms floors had crumbs as well as the bed. The bed had cigarette burns, the door did not shut all the way so bugs and spiders where in I work with addiction services and found a couple people doing hard drugs on the stairs.at night the lights blind you

I appreciated how flexible the check-in time was, but that’s true of most motels

I’ve stayed in cheap motels before, but this was one of the worst. I cannot state how dirty the room was, even the sheets. The room felt muggy because there was no AC or fan (and it was a very hot and humid night). The room fridge was not working and had clearly not worked in a while. The night table did not have all of its drawers? Which is a random thing but feels symbolic. Lastly, there was no coffee or continental breakfast (despite being advertised as having it).
