The room was a great size, clean, and had ample space to get ready with 3 mirrors available. The breakfast was astounding great with great options.

One elevator didn’t work while we were there. The room was a little too hot.

I had booked a double bed room, which wasn’t available and my companion had to go to a different hotel. Then the room had a malfunctioning air system!

The a/c in our room was not working and found out other rooms a/c was not working as well and as soon as I turned on the lights I saw a roach.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming when you came in. Our room was close to the elevators but there was not any extra noise. The evening food and beverage service was wonderful.

You have a bug in your system. Not called New Orleans, amd it wouldn't make sense.

the size of the room was great, the location was great.

the pool was not working and that was our main reason for staying was for the pool and our room had one trash can.

The breakfast was by far amazing, fresh food, perfect hot meals, cold drinks. Our room was very clean, cozy very well maintained facility.. Hotel staff and kitchen attendees were wonderful, very helpful and polite super excellent service, swimming area hot tub were very soothing they were fully stocked on towels! Gym area was very spacious, clean and came in handy. Also very comfy beds with private area! This is definitely a pleasant place for a family get away or just a night away from home with your spouse!! We sure will be staying here in the near future!!!

TV channels would have been nice, despite the no channels everything else was amazing about this hotel!!

the fact that I waited too long to be greated, the room originally booked was not available and I was assigned to a one bed room and parking lot was not properly illuminated

Breakfast was made fresh. I liked the happy hour.

I was asked when I wanted housekeeping and they never came. Pool was not heated. Hot tub was not working.

I booked at Embassy Suites because of the location, the amenities I've come to expect, and the comfortable rooms.

The parking fee was a surprise. Nowhere on the website did it mention an extra $12/day parking fee. And the fee kicks in at 4:20 a.m.? WTF, are we nocturnal stoners going out to move our vehicles before dawn? If I had known this "junk fee" was added on, I would have chosen a different establishment. And the complimentary happy hour selection is much poorer than it has been in previous visits to the chain.
