The best thing about the property was the location

The room we had smelled like feet, when trying to take a shower the tub got clogged no one never fixed it the whole time we were there so we had to wash up in the shower. The construction crew had items everywhere including outside in the parking lot, when trying to park or leave we had to wait several minutes until they decided to move there items from the parking lot street. Housekeeping never came to refresh the room, overall I wish I could be refunded since I could barely take a shower or bath.

Proximity to the arena for events. The fact that they accept pets. The check in staff were extremely nice and helpful.

They did not inform in advance that they were under construction. When I arrived it was literally surrounded by construction trucks. There was some noise due to the construction although it stopped at a decent time. You could not use the main lobby and had to enter through a side door. Still, they did their best to make check in smooth despite a small crowded hallway being used as check in area.

Newly Renovated Room after we complained about the first room they gave us. Staff was friendly

First room they put us in the bathroom was filthy mild in tub area. Sleeping area had dirty carpet and dusty walls. Tried to use the pool but it hadn’t been cleaned Dirt inside the pool. The grounds had palm branches on top of the shrubbery and looks like it has been there awhile

The room was very clean, the beds were awesome! They slept very well. The variety of breakfast choices was great. The fitness room was a nice touch to help us stay on our healthy lifestyle journey while away from home.

For starters, the young lady (Ella) who checked us in was not very pleasant or informative at all! She made us wait for several minutes ( no one else was being waited on!) The other issue that would've been a deal breaker had I known in advance, per Ella, the pool was being renovated. So my little one was very disappointed, to say the least. Nothing in the entire pool area looked like it was being renovated! The pool was fully operable, nothing was disconnected, etc. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken . Signs apologizing for renovations were everywhere in the building but never posted on the website(s) selling the rooms. Not very transparent.

The location was near the hospital where family was at. Beds were comfy as always!

When I walked into the room it was like walking into a Super 8 and I didn't pay for that. This is the first Hampton in which I stay and kinda regret my decision. The staff was polite to me however they were talking about another guest who apparently had been rude.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Bed was noisy, pillows were flat and very uncomfortable and the bathroom had a weird smell.
