The folks were so friendly made me feel at home and they made sure everything was alright and it was like home sweet home....awesome

The staff : efficient, professional, friendly and proactive. We had a problem with the room and were offered an alternative straight away, very good service at the front desk and quick email replies.

The rooms need a good upgrade and ours had some bad surprises (toothpaste on the shower curtains, burn table tops, broken curtains and mosquito nets on the windows). However, for the price, I still feel it was a convenient option.

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the suite setup.

Area was a little iffy. There were quite a few questionable characters hanging around he outside of he building.

The property is desperately in need of an update. The photos online did not accurately represent what I saw when I got there. The hotel is very, very dark and the carpets are severely worn out. In the room the cabinet doors were hanging off the hinges, the walls and carpets were badly stained. In the bathroom the tiles were cracked. The a/c was very loud and caused the bed frame, which was bolted into the wall, to vibrate and rattle.
