I generally like to stay at HI because I know that I will not be disappointed.

It was very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and informative . Breakfast was great.

Beds were comfortable. Nice clean rooms. Loved the bathtub.

Pool was closed. We weren’t informed before or during check in. It was the only reason we chose this hotel. It was actually out of the way a bit. Then breakfast closed at 9:30 so even though you’re in vacation can’t really sleep in. A little more flexibility with time and options at breakfast (especially the coffee station) would really help here. Lots of people boarding at the hotel were hanging out outside all night. We had a theft of an item on the property. WIFI wouldn’t connect to our electronic consoles so we couldn’t stream on the tv. Had to watch their cable all night.

Pool was amazing!

The beds were 10/10 for comfort! We all had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast was good, not as many choices as other Holiday Inns that we have stayed. The hot tub was out of service which was a bit of a disappointment for me as a parent, but the kids loved the water slide and pool!

Overall there wasn’t anything that I was truly unsatisfied with.

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was great! Awesome location. Beautiful room.

My card was charged $50 over the price I agreed to at booking, and the price that was listed on my invoice. I will be contacting the property for clarification on this.

False fire alarms....had to evaluate the hotel twice in a rain storm....with a small child

There were some very abusive and possi le drug addicts and one of them even threatened to physically abuse my partner

Pool was cold and gross. Hot tub was down and covered with a tarp.

We booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub. The whole pool area was extremely dirty, the floor was nasty and had literal pools of rust. There were no towels, and the hot tub did not work. The jets would not turn on and the water had a sludgy film settled on top and all around the rim of the tub. When brought to the attention of the staff member at the front desk, and I had said that we booked the hotel mainly for a hot tub, all she said was “that’s unfortunate. It hasn’t had working jets for a few years now but it’s still a hot tub”. For the cost, I expected a working hot tub that was at least remotely clean. My legs were covered in a rash after getting out of the pool so that tells you how sanitary it was.

The breakfast had a variety of options which was nice. Only suggestion I would have it to possibly get another waffle maker because the lineup can get long. Other then that breakfast was great.

I did not like the fact that my bathroom room had a broken toilet seat and rusty yellow stains on the floor behind the toilet (Looked like urine but I’m assuming it’s rust stain). When stepping off the elevator there was 4-5 bags of garbage and scattered orange peels on the floor. This was not cleaned up until the following day ( I arrived right at checkin 3pm). I also was not happy with the environment. People would wandering in and out of the hotel to get coffee and use the computer all day. These people did not look like they would be staying at a $200 per night hotel. 3 other supposedly patrons were outside sitting at a picnic table smoking a huge bong. Before coming back into the hotel they emptied their bong water on the ground. I’ve stayed with this hotel brand in different locations across Canada and I have always enjoyed my stay. This location has put a sour taste in my mouth.

Miscommunication filled out paperwork returned after to check in nothing communicated. when I arrived to room there was no soap and was not sure if washroom was clean.

love the location, and the first couple times I visited were great

my last stay our toilet was broken, you had to stick you arm in the back of the toilet so it would flush, spending 225 a night I want my toilet to flush. we asked for another room and we’re told it’s a full house. also the shampoo, conditioner rack thing in the shower was broken sitting on the side shelf, which could have fell on someone’s feet.

Breakfast is good, location is good, groceries and restaurants nearby, gym and swimming pool are available.

We booked 2 rooms and requested them to be close together if possible , they were in 2 different floor and I was told that this happened because Booking.com failed to inform them our request. There was black (moldy?) spot on shower curtain of my room, rusty water stain on floor under the toilet and a smelly toilet. Dispensing station in shower tub is neat but 2 body lotion and 1 conditioner were there in another room (no shampoo and body wash), no hair dryer was in that room too and when we went to front desk asking for 1, the guy ran back and forth for 5 minutes and told us he need time to find one, my sister left her room number and asked it to be sent but finally no hair dryer was ever delivered.
