The breakfast was consistently excellent. The worker in charge of the breakfast was amazing. He was constantly re-filling and cleaning up the area. We also appreciated the staff's willingness to do frequent, thorough housekeeping in the room.

There was a barking dog across the hall, and some inappropriately loud guests, but I don't know what you can do about that. One night there was a loud, evening event in the "function room' which we hadn't realized was next to our room. If I had noticed that, I may have asked for a different room.

The staff was great and welcoming , and the property was nice . The rooms were a good size and all the amenities were great Had a great breakfast spread very well located right next to the strip mall and a lot of restaurants and stores

they had a cleaning policy only every 4th day which was strange to me . if you really wanted cleaning services you could ask for it at the desk , but I was staying there for 5 days and would have liked someone to come clean the bathroom atleast

the outdoor pool , but it was so dirty from the storms that it wasn’t even clean enough to be in it

someone had to leave their room key into what appeared to be a control box that turn the power on in the room and if you removed the key most of the power was shut off. The bathrooms were disgusting with hair on the toilet seat it did not match anyone of ours or pubic hairs in the bathtub and that day there was a drainage issue so it seem to be a little extra gross.

Breakfast was good and Location was perfect 🥰

The location, hotel was 10 minutes from my sons apartment. It was also close to strip malls and places to eat, close to the freeway.

I didn't get room cleaned when I asked for it and I also reported that my bathroom sink hot water knob was leaking and it wasn't repaired.

i have stayed at several home wood suites over the years and this one did not hold up to the standard. I am sure the pandemic did not help but the room was average at best for a suite. The what was included as meals were sub par. pricing needs to be adjusted to reflect the value you are getting based on the pandemic restrictions.

The breakfast was actually very good , both in quality as well as variety, there were not the normal disappointments that too often come with grab and go Hotel breakfasts , the (still hungry) rumblings of a stomach2

My disappointment is two fold first, I came to relax and enjoy the sun by the pool , something I craved and looked forward to for a long time, A great first day was followed by grumblings the second day directed rather crudely to myself the guest in the pool almost as if I was somehow supposed to know that the pool is closed, all of it even the chaise lounge chairs and yes I must get out now . Conversation with the desk explained the pool is closed all week long and that yes I should know this since it was on the website. I tried explaining I used a third party in the booking process so they neglected in informing me,. I took pictures and those will be added to pictures of my bedside. I feel that my booking should come with the primary trust and hope that my room and particularly bedside table area be clean and disenfected during these times especially. Well pictures show what was five or six alcohol prep pads of the type people use prior to injecting drugs. when my cord to a small entertainment module or small music box fell behind that same area it was with complete disgust as pubic hair , hairs, and I don't want to guess the others ) pics will suffice) came up stuck to the cord which I had to disinfect and clean the stick material and yuck off of it and it was easy to do . I'm disgusted and very very disapointed

It was very nice just needs a little update power sockets in living room area need replaced and vacuumed a little better. Suit 116
