How spacious and beautiful the lobby is . We will definitely be staying here again. Hilton just knows how to accommodate their guests.

We need to stay an extra day during our business trip in Phoenix. We would definitely stay at this hotel during future business trips. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was very good.

I can't think of anything.

El agua de la alberca techada estaba MUY FRIA para los niños, dado que este mes de marzo es aun frio, esperabamos que estuviera al menos tibia, solo una vez la pudieron utilizar los niños.

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.

The pictures of the pool made the pool look a lot bigger than it was, so I was disappointed with that.

Location and the staff at the front desk. The upgrade I received to a junior suite without the AC music.

My Studio room had a whistling AC. And according to the maintenance guy they all had that problem. Depending on your hearing frequency range a problem as in my case or a non-issue.
