the room wasn’t that clean there was stains on mattresses and it took 2 days to ask for blankets for the other beds and sheets when we got a bed and a pull out bed

the tub filtrer was not clean and the back of the door was forgeted

The room was very comfortable to live in. The hotel is centrally located and very clean. The Metro was within walkable distance and buses ran every ten minutes. On the last day of our stay we had to check out at 11;00 a.m. The staff were very kind by taking care of our suitcase which allowed us to attend our church conference till 2 pm that afternoon. We came back to the hotel to collect our suitcase and head on to the airport. This act of kindness was extremely helpful to us which we appreciate very much.

Running the restaurant and providing food would have been very helpful. Management should consider including breakfast with the room rate. Being a 2 storey walk up there were no elevators. It would have been nice if bell boys were available to carry the luggage to the room. My husband is 75 years old and it was hard carrying the suitcase up two flights of stairs.

Pillows are not comfortable and they don’t have another choice for pillows

I always go there when I have to go to work in town, eating out around it, often with a little soccer game at Stade Saputo as a bonus. Nice and friendly team at Chablis.

There is no more continental lunch since the covid :(

Everything was dirty, floor was sticky, bathtub had a lot of hair and particles, bed was dirty, a lot of hair and stains.

The room had moldy smells and there was only one garbage 🗑 can in the room there was no garbage can in the washroom

The room was small smelled the washroom was garbage there was no toilet paper holder there was no sound proof at all i will not recommend this place
