Great free breakfast. Omelets made to order. Huge restraunt lots of tables. They give you a voucher for a couple of alcoholic drinks. The room was comfortable. The staff was very nice.

The bathroom had no hangers for your bath towels. It would be nice to have one more trash can. So you're not looking all over for a trash can. The swimming pool is small to many people to actually swim. Hot tub wouldn't blow bubbles and not hot enough. The carpet has burned wholes and stained, in my room and outside the room. Someone stacked their plates in the middle of the big hallway on Saturday night. When we complained, they picked them up promptly. No freezer in the small refrigerator. I like to freeze some stuff. Windows in my room were filthy. Only one elevator working. Then, last day, we saw another elevator. One of the main elevators didn't work. Lighting terrible lots of lights but very small wattage bulbs. Just give a couple of brighter light bulbs. My phone won't let me share my photos. Oh well

The hotel is nice , and the food is the morning the people’s is nice to persons

The staff working in the lobby in the reception is no good always I asking for helping me and don’t want the laddys , My room is 236 and I no like the beds is nothing comfortable how i sleep like this , the beds is no in good conditions please check ok

Excellent breakfast, beautiful property, spacious room. Staff was very sweet. Multiple elevators so never a wait. Lots of parking and nice clean pool. Wet family friendly - the kids loved it.

Loud and rowdy kids and adults in atrium, it closes at 10 and the noise stopped. But we had to leave early for the airport and this made our early bed time difficult. Also the traffic noise from the freeway kept me up. The hotel was great for our traveling family but may not be the best choice for a quiet getaway

Its outdated, chairs all leather peeled off, AC didnt work and a huge fight broke out police everywhere in hotel

Parking

Not a solo business traveler hotel. Loads of kids. Also the AC wasn’t working and facilities seems old.

Nice venue and rooms. The appearance and staff were nice.

The room was hot and AC didn’t work was a hot night. Couldn’t open windows with no screens and service dogs present. They gave me a voucher for another night free but not sure I wanna go back I can’t stand to sleep hot!

Breakfast was good and the layout is cool

The hot tub didn't work. The staff all gave different answers as to why or played dumb and said they didn't know it was broken. Breakfast was mediocre and the bath tub leaked every time I tried to take a bath.
