It was a place to stay for the night. The building was much older and it looked old. I usually stay at this this chain name hotel and have stayed in much nicer units. I didn’t want to pay for parking in Lynnwood so I chose this location. I was in late and out early so it was ok.

Hotel was okay. One elevator wasn’t working, tub drained very slow and for a new building seems a little beat up.

The staff here were so nice and helpful but as long as you remember it’s a renovated older hotel that walls are thin, and bed are too soft. For what we paid it was clean, had breakfast and staff were nice. Con’s: carpets sticky, first room smelt strange( 1st floor) moved and 5th floor way better. Could always hear neighbours. Big signs on what to do and how behave was sus. But all in all would stay again cause the price was good.

Hotel was nice cause it seemed either remodeled or new. But the elevator situation was weird since one was out of order. The maids were soo loud in the hallways at very early times. The sound proofing was non existent. Also beds were very soft and pillows were horrible. Either super soft or rock hard. Breakfast was very silly…. 50 people all crammed waiting cause the waffle machine was holding up the line. Poor wait staff was trying her best but she seemed was the only one working. Not horrible cause location was good but probably won’t stay again .

Hotel was clean and easy to get around from but the highlight was the staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable and clean although the queen beds were a little on the soft side for us. There are two small scuff marks on a wall. Like the shower tub handles and appreciate the in-room mini refrigerator and microwave.

Great stay and time and this property. Staff friendly and helpful. Also do have a great Buffet style breakfast.

Booked a room with two queens and the beds were instead only doubles. The room itself was not very clean and although we were there for multiple days, house keeping only took away our used towels (without replacing them). Our room was never cleaned (beds not made, garbage not taken out, etc. )

Overall fine. A bit dirty. We got there at 2pm & weren’t allowed “early check in” (check in was a 3pm) so a bit frustrating. Super comfy beds!

Bed & pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Only had one working elevator. No one was at the counter for a long time when checking out. I was very disappointed.

Checked in online. Went to a concert. Got to hotel late, desk clerk had everything ready. Rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable & there were lots of good pillows! Nice up-to-date amenities, like heated & illuminated mirrors, light & fan timers, USB ports. And breakfast was more than just junk carbs!

Construction around the hotel blocked the main entrance during the day but was open in the evening. We were on the first floor and it was very quiet even being so close to a main intersection and the freeway. Breakfast had a good variety but my waffle batter was watered down. Good coffee :) and a clean hotel I do recommend this place.

It was close enough to Seattle and accessible to many restaurants and places for children. It was great.

Overall a great experience. Bed was comfortable, however, new pillows were needed.
I unknowingly reserved a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was nice, however it was in a room added on after original construction. The only windows in the room were small side widows that were frosted over.
It was like sleeping in a cave! I would not recommend this room.

Basically, it’s not good experience for the first time visitor to the states. The wi-fi connection sucks, where only worked at the entrance, as long as past the bathroom, would be disconnected right away.
Informed the reception, a black guy pretty considerable and let us swap for another room, however was too stinky for wife and kids to stay.
The continental breakfast was same every day , so kids fed up and refused to eat eventually. All in all, kids and wife didn’t say high praise for 4 day stays.
Anyway, I believe the whole family would keep away from this property for next visit to USA.

Housekeeping didn’t provide enough towels, asked for extra pillows, had to asked second time to get it. Bathrooms not clean, has mild in corners.

The area was okay. I felt safe. I stayed 1 night (Monday) and so the hotel wasn’t really busy. The walls are thin. I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway. I could see this hotel being a problem if it was at capacity. Beds were decent. Room was clean. Nothing extra. Just a basic cheap hotel.

The location of the property is excellent in convenience. Access to local merchants and the freeway could not be any easier.

Construction was going on. The road was closed the 2nd night we were there and had no Idea how to get to the hotel. Drove around for an extra hour. Had to call my son in law for directions.
Bath Towels were small and Hank towels limited to two per room. We had two queen beds.

This was a nice property with decent rooms. The beds weren't very comfortable and the tub was peeling. Other than that, the stay was good. Great food options for my kids at breakfast.

I was told the property was renovated last year. The room is spacious with luxury vinyl flooring. So much easier to clean and better up keep than carpet .

Hotel was neat and tidy. asked for a hard wood floor and they gave the same. staff were friendly. only minor thing I noticed is about the complimentary breakfast. i was told it will be available till 9am. but after 8:45am they stop replenishing items. you need to go little early.
