Breakfast was great and substantial. Rooms were nice. My wife loved having a bath tub.

Paying for parking. Room smelled like smoke. Lamp shade was wobby.

We arrived our original room smelled like smoke. We called the front desk and the attendant told us to come down and he would get us situated in a different room immediately. He did and the next room was great, no smoke smell. The breakfast was great! Many choices! Delicious food. The beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be at first glance. Reception hour was a cool idea.

The AC did not get cool enough, we still were hot through the night. No fan in the bathroom. Breakfast shut down before scheduled hours (by 10 mins).

Everything was clean. Rooms were excellent.

On both days that we went to eat breakfast, the staff were very rude. My husband needs a walker, so we decided to sit at the handicap table as it was closer & safer. On the 1st day I asked the man that was picking up dishes if he could clean the table for us. There was food all over the table. He got a drenched towel and threw all the food on the floor. Left the table wet. I had to get a few napkins to dry the table & pick up the food from the floor so my husband would not slip & fall. Both days we ate there the staff seemed upset if you asked for any assistance.

Everything, was super great for the family.

The drinks weren’t great at the bar, maybe a little more staffing

The location was ideal where the event was being held.

There wasn't anything negative that I didn't like about Embassy Suites. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Very nice hotel with a lot of parking. Large room, great breakfast. Good location.

The distance to Denver

You double charged me and couldn't fix it so I had to file fraud dispute with my bank to get it corrected!!!
