The room was nicer than you would think. The room had an area with a desk, couch, tv. Microwave & Fridge. AC.

The pool was indoors & didn’t look that good.

The pool was awesome loves that it had a kitty pool

Room was dirty blood all over the furniture wall and blanket!

Staff was great

walls in the bathroom were really dirty, fire alarm was hanging off the wall and the tv was broke

We liked the area. It was close to a lot of things including grocery, restaurants, and so many other places,

We thought it was going to be a great 7th wedding anniversary. We even got a king jacuzzi suite but to our surprise the jacuzzi DID NOT WORK! It would not hold the water and the jets DID NOT WORK EITHER!! When we tried to tell Blanca about it she told us we should’ve gotten up and packed all of our stuff at 2 o’clock in the morning even tho we did try and contact someone but was ignored! This ruined our little get away…stay away from room 1331 there’s not even a screen on the window.

how easy check in is

absolutely not clean they’re nasty. I had to go over all the rooms I ever stayed on including myself in the hallway smell like blue pills very bad odor that sticks in the building is not cool
