It was not directly on a busy road. The staff was great without the in-your-face hospitality.
The beds were hard. The pillows were too squishy. The parking lot was tiny. Tables need to be on both sides of the bed.

Close to the medical center
Surrounding area was not very nice, with two abandoned buildings nearby, and a rundown apartment complex next door. Bathroom needed updating.

It was clean
The ac in our room didn't work. The lady at the counter was gone for a very long time when there were people trying to check in. The room I reserved was not ready by the 4 pm check in time.

Loved the location. The staff was super nice, the room was clean.
The ice machine on every level didn't work. I got double charged and called an they said they would fix and call back and that didn't happen. I never got a call back

The staff of this hotel is friendly and customer centric. From the front desk to the GM to the housekeeping team... they could give lessons in hospitality to other hotels!
Billing issue between booking.com and the hotel-- ultimately resolved but it never should have happened. Was over $ 450 that we were initially overcharged!!! No finger pointing but it was an issue...

Crack in the ceiling in the room. Cleaning staff in sloppy plain clothes with poor hygiene. Broken items in pool area.

The staff was nice, hardworking and helpful! The location and proximity to Mizzou was convenient.
Elevators were dirty and they seemed short staffed.

Location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful
Overall, would recommend this facility. The halls could have been a bit cleaner. We realize it was parent weekend, at the college, but the breakfast area could have had tables cleaned more often and halls needed vacuuming. We had to wait an hour for our room. After traveling 11 hours.....all we wanted was to lay down and nap.

Day staff was helpful and friendly. They charged be double by accident, and the girl at the front resolved it and was very nice and professional.
The AC in the room I had didn’t work. The whirlpool had hair in it. When I went to the frontdesk at 2am to ask night staff to switch rooms, she was very rude and unprofessional. Told me I could find a different hotel if I didn’t like it here.
