The location was good for work. I did not have to drive very far to get where I needed to go for work. It was convenient being right off the highway.

Breakfast was the best mediocre. The gym was absolutely horrible. The air conditioning was broken. They had one box fan. The first day it was 84° in the room the second day the thermostat read 86. And that was with the door open. When I approach the front desk about the situation, the girl said she would come in and look at it. She never did so. I went back after the work out to let her know again and she said she put in a maintenance request. The next day when I asked a different person what was going on with the gym they said they were waiting on a part from the AC machine and then it was not going to be fixed during my stay. Two very different answers from two different people. There was no full length mirror in the room. All the baseboards were dirty and disgusting, as well as strange spots on the ceiling. All of the hallways were extremely hot.

Clean and front desk staff was so sweet.

Housekeeping started BANGING (and I don’t use that term lightly) their carts on doors at 7 am. Then, one of the house keeper’s sons knocked once and then tried to key himself into our room at 8 am. With a sleeping toddler, we were expecting to be able to let her rest for a while longer.

location was the only thing i can say was good.

I UPGRADED TO A DELUXE KING SWEET BC I HAVE A CHILD IN WHEELCHAIR AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MORE ROOM TURNS OUT THEY ARE THE SAME SIZE AS ALL THE OTHER ONES WITH MORE CRAMMED IN IT. THE PULL OUT COUCH WAS A TWIN NOT A FULL. THERE WERE OLD SHEETS ON THE PULL OUT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAY!

It was very clean. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful.

Breakfast was amazing - oatmeal with tons of topping options, two chafing dishes with hot food every morning, plus the usual bread/bagels, juice, coffee. The rooms were clean, the service was good, the fridge & TV worked well.

The whirlpool was out of order during our entire stay. The pool didn't seem to be heated, which was a big disappointment. The bathroom fixtures were a little weak-seeming? Specifically the toilet handle was plastic and always felt like it was going to break.

Lost and found process ridiculous. Facilities dated, old, not well maintained. Staff barely friendly.

very upsetting booked this place for the hot tub and it wasn’t working

the night guy helped me with a new remote and the check in was good - swift and efficient

remote was bad. NO HOT WATER to shower and no one working desk to hel in the am breakfast started later than i wanted.
