The smell. A decent amount of hotels have a smell to them, whether it's chlorine from the pool or from when they allowed smoking. This place smelled like what you would call normal. Just like walking into your room at home. It was very nice and very clean. Will definitely stay at another Residence Inn if one is in the area I am travelling.

I liked the facilities, and even some green space for dogs. Also, there were some good food options close.

It was loud on the first floor. Also, there was a dog fee that no one had mentioned to be previously.

We liked the size of the room. We have four small kids and the room size was great for all of us. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had a wide variety of food, hot and cold that we could sit down and eat or grab and go. There was plenty to choose from!

The main reason we rented the room was for the indoor pool. I was traveling for work, but we wanted to go as a family and take our kids to see some sights. Since I had a 4 hour event at work, we planned on letting the kids and my spouse swim while I was at work. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was broken and even drained. We were VERY disappointed. Staff did apologize and said they had notified booking.com several times about the pool but it was still being listed on the site as having an indoor pool.

The pool was closed which was the whole reason we got a room. This needs to be shared w guests or posted somewhere. The food was mediocre. I emailed the facility without a response.
