If you are reading my review, watch out what I'm writing so you would not get a bad experience. Evidences are attached to my review. I stayed two nights. The first night I found insects in the bathroom and informed to the receptionist. The second night also found insects in the room and also insects inside the carry-on and cloths of my mother. Can you imagine that situation? I made a complain, but the hotel didn't have empathy to the client.

Price, we got this on a "Black Friday" deal and saved a fortune! Really stylish hotel, end your Route 66 with style. Location, just a few minutes walk from a couple of Metro stations and plenty of bus routes. And check out the super coffee shop De La Tierra Cafe a few yards from the hotel...

A lot of homeless persons in the area, a bit intimidating when returning to the hotel in the evening.

Didn't have it

When I first walked in they didn't offer to help with all the stuff I had they watched us struggle instead of asking if we need help. They gave us broken keys we had all this stuff & couldn't even get up to the room, so i had to go back to the front & get more keys that work still didn't offer to help so I had to grab a cart then they charge us extra for having guest & didn't even let me no it was going to be a charge I wasn't happy with my stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Hotel. We chose it mostly because it was the only place to stay near our son’s home, who we were visiting. We were in town for a concert and to spend time with him. Once we got past the front desk, we found the place quite charming. The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the outdoor courtyard in the center, with its lovely couches and inviting lighting. It was a wonderful place to relax on my own. Our room was spacious enough and provided a comfortable stay. There is also a small room that was wonderful and convenient for quick needs. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we will be staying here again, mainly due to its proximity to our son’s house. With a bit of updating this place could be top-notch.

While we enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Hotel, there were several aspects that could use improvement. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier, which would have made the check-in experience more pleasant. Our room, although spacious, needed some updating, particularly the bathroom, where the wallpaper was peeling and the tile grout needed replacement. Additionally, there was no coffee available in the lobby, which was a bit disappointing. The deli in the basement was incredibly expensive and offered mostly packaged food, with not a lot of options. These issues detracted from an otherwise charming hotel experience. With friendlier staff, better coffee options, and some updates to the rooms, the Hollywood Hotel could greatly improve its appeal.

The room where my family and I stay , (140) it is to close to the back door exit to parking lot , we can hear it all night it was to loud every time it was open and close , and shower is very inconvenient all the water goes to the floor there is no door or tub it was annoying have to dry all the water after shower
