I liked the warm Welcome from staff. The Location was perfect for a family of four females , age ranging from 71 yrs to 13yrs and 1 boy 17yrs old, Rooms was cleaned daily, your chambermaid certainly had there work cut out with our room Thank you.

I didn’t really like the fact that I upgraded to a bigger room and I informed Danny I would pay cash but he took it out of my account, haha I had saved the cash all week and we where informed the last day that we could have had 10dollars per day for complimentary drinks, other than that the service was excellent.

Could have been cleaner

The location was perfect for our visit to the Hospital for Special Surgeries. Having a nice kitchen and sitting area made us very comfortable. The staff could not have been kinder, especially Robert.

The Wolfgang Puck coffee system produces a mediocre morning cup. Brewed coffee in the lobby would be a nice touch.

Location was great.

Room was old and outdated and had several issues: electrical outlets didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t shut/lock properly, toilet paper holder was broken, phone did not work except when you used on “speaker” mode.

Massive studio apartment much larger than expected.

The rooms are extra comfortable. The staff is kind and considerate. Housekeeping does and amazing job.

The elevator can be tricky in the morning since one gets shut down for housekeeping while everyone is going out for the day.

Loved the staff! They were great! The room was HUGE and the AC was great! The location is perfect. We were able to easily get around on the subway when we wanted to go farther away.

No parking BUT there was a parking garage that wasn't crazy expensive less than 20 ft from the hotel.
