staff are ALWAYS friendly and accomodating

nachos weren't great ( but that is REALLY nitpicking)

The food is very good.

The room phone doesn't work. Not water in the room.

Rooms were great size and very comfy bathroom could maybe use a bit of modernisation but fitted the decor We got an upgrade which was very much appreciated as we wanted the use of a bath

All good except I expected the hotel to be bigger there was very little atmosphere in the bar and nothing to keep you there

Bathroom facilities were basic, bad odour in reception area and restaurant wasn’t very good.

The welcome on arrival was exceptional. Evan and all his colleagues did everything to make our trip a memorable one. The location, staff, cleanliness and over all atmosphere were exceptional .

There are no adverse comments I can attribute to Fitzpatrick’s Manhattan.
