From the time we entered the hotel we were greeted and not sure if this is the front desk person name ( Donirea) but she went above and beyond to assist me 👍.

We had a little issue with the door. As soon as I called the front desk the maintenance engineer was there in a minute.

They were so welcoming! Grace at the front desk was super amazing. The bartender at the pool was as well but I didn’t get to catch his name. Room was beautiful and clean. Everything was ready before I got there and I got upgraded to a suite on the very top floor!

There is nothing I can complain about.

In general the hotel has the minimum expected. The room size is ok. The restrooms are clean and in good conditions. The staff was attentive and profesional!

We didn’t like The smell of the rooms, the AC is old and loud, the hotel didn’t have anything to offer to eat in the night, the elevators are extremely inefficient (long waiting times), the mornings are extremely loud and the windows are not sound proof, they don’t have a mini fridge in the room so you wont be able to have any cold drinks.

Die Lage für unseren Aufenthalt war sehr passend. Nahe zu den Universal Studios, direkt mit dem Bus vom Hotel erreichbar. Parkplatz ideal und großzügig. Gegenüber ist auch ein 7-eleven.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer ist ein Standard wie es im den Staaten üblich ist.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de todos lados, piscina y sus servicios, su horario hasta altas horas, las vistas de la habitación.

El tamaño de las habitaciones y camas, reserve por las fotos habitación con 2 camas grandes, y no fue ni amplia ni las camas grandes, con cero opción de cambio ya que todo el hotel era igual. No reponen con frecuencia las toallas en piscina lo que incomoda bastante. En la habitación al menos 2 mañanas encontramos unas pequeñas cucarachas por las que nos cambiaron a otra habitación similar y nos descontaron la noche. El parking tiene un pago de 10 usd/noche pero no hay un control sobre quienes dejan el coche por lo que si no dices "estoy con coche" lo dejas y no pagas.... en fin sacar vuestras conclusiones.

very convenient location, next to restaurants and things to do like mini golf, as well as only 4 minutes from universal. very nice hotel with good amenities and felt very safe as you need a key card to enter the back doors and use the elevators

The reception staff were always corteous and very helpful, Marianne, Rebecca, Renee, Kyle and the manager Brian. Thank you all. The hotel is very well located, at International Dr., plenty of restaurants nearby, and less than a 15 min drive to Walt Disney World. Also, parking was always available. We could see Epcot far away and Universal right below, from our high floor room. The room was big enough and beds pretty comfortable, needed after 4 days in the parks.

The room had not been clean properly, no vacuum and same stains in the bathroom, had to ask at reception to make sure housekeeping would do a better job, a bit annoying.

The view was great and close to the parks

Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on, dropped my key card getting off the elevator and the guy working the desk at night wouldn’t let me back in even though he saw me walk out

The only thing I liked about this property is the location and close proximity to Universal.

The minute we walked into the room it had a very strong weed smell. The bed sunk in the middle so you inevitably rolled to the middle. The shade was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. It had stains on it that looked gross. Bright sunlight coming in through window cause corners are exposed to sunlight.
