So disappointed with my stay in Beverly Hills at the Mosaic Hotel room smell was unbearable — like sewerage smell and I called the receptionist and told them about the issue with no success in taking proper actions. In addition, Everyday I found cockroaches (I have pictures) in the room and I called the receptionist to see it by them self and they saw it without any action. Then they told me that they will wave Resort Fee but they didn’t?! The room above and around was so so noisy I hear when they walk in the room or speak, neighbor noise reach the room and I can’t sleep in at night and I wake up early morning because of the noise. I have stied for around 16 days I’d it is not more , where I found that The rate and price is too high for daily rate. Definitely not worth the rate i paid. Security measures were questionable!! It has been now three weeks since I checked out and I didn’t receive my deposit/ secure amount I put which the hotel holds on my cards…. So disappointed!

Good beds, great shower, wonderful location. Good desk space for remote working.Refrigerators in all rooms.

Let guests know upon check-in that maid service is upon request.

the carpet in the room so smelly even in the corridor you can smell the bad smell alrdy…

I stay at this hotel because I worked directly across the street.

It seems like there are a lot of updates that need to be made. When I was there in the summer the air conditioning was broken and there was no other room so I had to move hotels. This past weekend I got there and my room smelled like mold and when I walked over by the window the carpeting was soaking wet. How your staff does not recognize things like this I don't know. In addition to that, many areas have scuff marks need to be painted and updated especially with a Beverly Hills address.

nice, quiet. wonderful staff @ check In, allowed a late check out , however we didn’t end up needing. good location

Beautiful room with cabana style feel outside!

The property is a good central location, with a short drive to most areas of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property had a good level of cleanliness, but underneath the bed was grim. Parking per night was $40 which is quite steep when you’ve already paid a premium price for your room.
