It was horrible, I think it is a place for strange things, super dirty, bad client service, I thought something really bad could happen to me there.

out of date furniture and room in general. no one came to clean our room and no one gave us clean towels.

There was no good cleaning, the carpets were dirty and there were many cockroaches.

To start off, the room had a rather weird smell. Seems there is women soliciting on the premises. Did not feel at all secure to sleep there, door latch was broken. A/C rattled too much.

That we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay because the new owners wanted to start renovating. The free breakfast wasn’t even really breakfast at all. The only options you had was toast or cereal.

breakfast was a joke, only coffe and toat bread. The room smelled terrible and carpet was dirty because I couldnt walk on my socks because they will become stain. Horrible rooms, beds, breakfast, and lobby.

The place is very dirty and smells bad. I saw roaches in my bedroom and bathroom, carpets stained in the whole property. Noises all night long, weird people around and the smell of cigarettes and drugs was too strong. I think the price is very high for such a bad place. I was looking for a place to just sleep after my flight, so I was not really taking in consideration the rating of the property, and I trusted that for being a chain hotel it would have the basic minimum of cleanliness and safety, but I felt really unsafe and uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting too much but I was surprised on how low a place can get.

It was cheaper than most hotels in orlando.

The workers could actually care for the facility and not just sit around and chit chat. Alot of things were messed up and my partner and I had to use the same towel to dry off three times because they never gave us new ones or came to our room to clean. It was just a bad experience. Horrible.

The hotel management was really too irresponsible, I called twice that I was traveling and that I would be late that I could pay online to guarantee my stay, they told me that there was no problem because I had a reservation, when I arrived they told me at the reception that it was not There is a room that you have reserved like this, there is no room available and in a rude way, so irresponsibility, bad treatment does not deserve to be in your lodging options
