Sticklers for waiting for check in time , which is rough for long haul travellers

Room was large and convenient to the elevator. The response from the maintenance department was awesome. The gentleman's name escapes me, but he was very friendly and customer-centric.

The tiny sink was the only item that can be improved. It was difficult to keep the water from splashing unto the floor especially while washing my face. The same comment from my daughter who shared the room with me.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de l’arrêt de bus de et vers l’aéroport. Proche de la plage de Waikiki. Literie très confortable. Wi-fi ok. Belle chambre avec balcon.

Comme (presque) toujours aux USA, le petit-déjeuner est « basique » : viennoiseries/gaufres/oeufs/pain/confiture…pas de salade ni de jambon ni de fromage par contre, les fruits sont frais et délicieux.

Staff uncaring

Location, being in waikiki, was good. Rooms were very worn looking, dark and drab. My upgrade to a view and balcony yielded no view and balcony was literally on a dirty roof. Coffee maker didn't work, leaked all over, air conditioning unit in middle of room kept flipping off the power strip it was plugged into. Refrig would not get cold, despite turning it ip. Breakfast was good at the restaurant, on the day we tried it, but was a free for all crowd at the complimentary and extremely busy and food ran out. Hallways looked dirty, especially all the door kickplates. Windows were missing glass slats. Lots of gnats in the room. I was disappointed in this hotel. Needs upgrades.

Emplacement de l’hôtel. Propreté de la chambre malgré qu’un petite rénovation serait bienvenue. Spacieuse et bien équipée.

La propreté de la salle à manger du 2e étage n’était pas propre. Le choix des aliments était très limité. Plusieurs stations de service pourrait aider. L’accueil du personnel au centre de location de voiture peu sympathique. Voiture sur utilisée pas propre.

Very well sized room with balcony and some kitchen facilities. Towels for Waikiki Beach were available, with the Beach just one block down the road. Comfortable bed and necessary amenities.

The staff and especially Leo

The decor is a little old and dark in the penthouse suites. Needs a better kitchenette and more lighting. Rooms were spacious, staff as always amazing. Be sure to meet Leo the bellman, he has exceptional customer service

Bit outdated No wifi in rooms

Their rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. Every day my room is cleaned the bed made new products on the bathroom counter.

The location is on the corner of an alley in the street so you get the noise from trash trucks in the morning at 5 AM. Also, the doors on the rooms are very loud when they close.

Close by to everything

Very close to the beach. Easy access to restaurants. Nice pool.

Complimentary breakfast was a let down. Only two waffle machines for hundreds of people. So you basically have to buy breakfast downstairs.

Room size is good (overall spacious) It looks like most rooms come with a balcony (don’t expects a ocean view since it’s in the second row seats form the beach behind a tower) Proximity to the beach is great + beach towels are available. Typically includes Breakfast. includes wifi - it was good enough to do basic work (did not test it with multiple video conference calls)

the breakfast is very basic (and served in a windowless space on the 2nd floor). Rooms and pool feel very outdated Acoustics are not great - there is a chance you hear your neighbors or the noise form the surrounding music at night. Some detailed breakfast notes: The hotel provides coffee and Lipton tea, basic cereals with milk (did not see yogurt). There was a selection of fruits (pineapple, melon and oranges) boiled eggs, some selection of plain croissants, sweet bread and toast and a waffle maker. However if you like to a proper breakfast you can upgrade it and get a hot breakfast downstairs (for $6 or $8 extra) there is a la cart menu.

-hotel a bit run down -coffee machine did not work -continental breakfast was terrible and served in what looked like a staff canteen -staff were efficient but very regimented and treated guests in a robot fashion within a process. -we had taken 3 rooms and stayed 3 nights. but when we wanted to keep our luggage in storage just for 4 hours we were charged for it.

The location 2 mins from the beach and a buffet breakfast would stay there again on a short break

Staff are very helpful and friendly, both over the phone and in person. They even left a bday gift and card for me and my kid, very sweet and made our stay special. Quick service upon request. Location is very good -- within a 3-10 minute walk to food places and most importantly, Waikiki Beach! Rooms are a good size, perfect for families. Balcony was definitely a plus!

Had to request for our pillows to be replaced because they smelled bad. Staff were apologetic and quick to deliver new ones. Carpets need cleaning. Rooms are a little outdated. Drawers broke.

The ocean view and location and spa and David at the front desk!

the property was close to the beach, but the beach is pretty crowded. We would usually walk a few blocks down to queens beach or half mile the other way towards the Hilton lagoon. The beach is more open there. The crib was in our room upon Check-In and we were so thankful for that. we loved having a little balcony to drink coffee on in the mornings.
