The price the location

Very old blankets & chairs & toilet seat. The smell of old musty dated carpet & blankets.

I loved the location. Short distance to everything I needed to get to. I was pleasantly surprised. Initially I thought the last time I booked in this price range, the room was just ok. (Different property.) I was very happy with my room. It was important to me that the property has a pool, although I was too tired to use it. Everything was clean and well kept. I felt very comfortable.

The angle of the showerhead was not to my liking. It sort of shot more outwards instead of down. It would not adjust.

Ease of location, friendly management.

Busy street, smaller rooms.

The most comfortable bed and clean, clean clean! Sweet folks checked us in and I want to go back to stay there again because it is affordable and easy and nice and close too everything in Santa Cruz!

The mattress and Pillow were both VERY HARD. They were not conducive to a good night's sleep.

Very quiet… enough parking for all the visitors at the hotel

Wasn’t as close to the beach as we wanted

Clean, comfy, good TV, comfortable bed

Very small parking area, incredibly loud motorcycles and cars throughout the night
