Longer breakfast time

It was okay. Needs to be upgraded a little more

The breakfast sucked. No bagels. Ran out of toast. Only scrambled eggs and bacon. No sausage. Didn’t seem put together well.

The breakfast was good I am happy it was not just grab and go breakfast.

I didn't pay attention and didn't realize I had to pay to park in their parking lot, beside that it was a good stay.

After being in my room 30 minutes the in house phone rang. It was the front desk, demanding I come down that instant. I explained to the gentleman that I was on my cell phone with my psychiatrist doing a phone appointment and I could come down in 20 minutes. He said technically I was not registered in the room and needed to come down that instant. I continued talking to my psychiatrist and went to the desk as he would not accept waiting for my call to end. Once at the desk, three staff members asked if I was on the phone with Booking .com, I said, no with my psychiatrist. The lady at the counter said their was an issue with booking .com not paying the agreed upon amount and I walked away. The lady said something to the effect, we will take the balance due from your deposit if necessary. No further contact occurred during the first day. The next morning, I asked the desk clerk if it was resolved and they did not see an issue with the room. I was not charged any additional amount. Would use the hotel again.

First they couldn't find our reservation then they didn't offer or know what bereavement rate was, then we get to our room and the heater wasn't working finally after calling the front desk twice they offered to bring more blankets or switch rooms with an upgrade I asked for a different room yet there was no upgrade. Staff was lazy and hard to find they charge to park on the property, which is ridiculous. I could understand if I didn't have a room, but we had a room. I was there to lay my aunt to rest.

parking arrangements for first time checkin. there is not enough space to park the car and complete checkin formalities. I had to park the car and did not have a way to come to lobby without access card. I had to pull two luggage’s over the ramp. the room could have given us 2 queen size beds

It’s a nice location and the room was decent.

Breakfast room was totally overcrowded but worse: Plastic utils and paper plates. In 2022, seriously? So each person having breakfast here produces a massive amount of trash. This may be “normal” in many places in the US but it’s absolutely not acceptable. Get proper dishes or I’ll take my business back to Europe where people are at least a little less ignorant about the consequences of a throwaway society.
