Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und der Pool erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Wir würden wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Loved the big bathtub. Room was nice and quiet. The blend of the classic design and modern touches was very nice. We will be back.

Amazing Food at ZuZu and the brunch was off the charts. Great fitness area and the spa facilities are incredible.
Cabanas for the pool parties sell out quickly on weekends, priority is not given to hotel guests.

The location
Our Ac was not working properly, never budged from 75 and felt muggy in our room. There was a heat wave, 112 or so, I assume it was on overload but still...The outdoor cafe area needs misters or fans, we had a pet and had to sit outside but it was unbearable. A lovely waitress asked if we could eat inside in the lobby, that was very nice after dripping sweat. They were short staffed, wait times were a little long for food and drinks.

The staff were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, and the pool/food were exceptional! Would 100% stay again!

The room was nice. It did not have a chest of drawers for my clothes. Given the price and stature of the resort I found that odd. I thought the bed was comfortable and the staff did a few extras that I appreciated.
