Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, clean

Room smelled stale, while breakfast was cooked well it needs more variety day to day

Good location, very pleasant staff, nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. We all felt that it was good value.

The location to Old Town Scottsdale is perfect, just a short, pleasant walk away. Felt very safe even walking back at night. The staff were very obliging and helpful, nothing was too much trouble even when they were really busy.

The location was close enough to walk to downtown. The kitchenette was great to be able to bring our own supplies instead of having to buy them all weekend. The registration staff was great and very accommodating. Sunday's breakfast was good especially the omelet station. The coffee was good and fresh.

The entrance to the hotel is not well marked. The room smelled musty. The toilet paper was very cheap. The bartender did not show up on Saturday so there was a limit of drinks that could be made even though Brian did a great job trying. The breakfast supplies were not kept stocked with the volume of guests. The pancakes were cold and rubbery. On Monday they ran out of plates and utensils and the food was cold and the Frenchtoast sticks were hard and cold.

The Heat outside was Miserable. Inside the Rooms we slept like Babies.

Beautiful property- well maintained grounds, good location, walking distance to old town restaurant area, very nice suite with full kitchen and private bedroom. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Fortunately we got a first floor suite. Quite area. Free parking. Reasonable price for the room.

No elevators is an issue if you don't get a first floor room, but we did get first floor. No guide on TV- just list of stations but can't tell what's on. Sofa bed not very comfortable mattress. No door between bedroom and bathroom sink area Blackout screen not cut well- light came in around sides Pet fee too high for a one night stay for 1 small pet

Location. Walking distance to old Scottsdale. Front desk. Pleasant and informative. We were upgraded to 2 bedroom with kitchen and living room. Very comfortable.

Breakfast. Scrambled eggs were dry and had no taste. Sunny side up eggs did not look like real eggs.

The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from old town Scottsdale. Amenities are clean, staff is nice.

- No elevator to my room that was on 3rd floor (not convenient when you are carrying a big suitcase...) - Design is definitely outdated the room felt clean but furniture looks old and cold, room was dark. The whole hotel design could use some freshening, especially considering the price per night.

The room we stayed in needs a new shower head.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Location was great for us. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was in need of some general maintenance. Nothing major, drawers need adjustment to operate, bathroom door, toilet bowl was loose, generally some repairs. Didn’t have standard room items stocked, towels in kitchen, bathroom towels, toilet paper. Staff was very helpful but room should be ready for visitors stay when we arrive. We’re coming on vacation and don’t want to need to bother when we’ve paid for a room to stay. Pool area could use a few more lounge chairs to relax. During busy times no where to sit at pool. Breakfast was good but could use more variety from day to day. Some that stay a week or two get tired of the same thing. Those eggs. What can I say, not good. We also noticed some of the hotel grounds need maintenance attention. Some of the yard lights look like no one cares they’re falling apart. Some things laying around should be cleaned up. Look at it from a visitors point of view. Simply put things away out of sight.

Breakfast was great and the gym had great equipment. Loved the golf cart transportation from the hotel to all around old town

Very good breakfast and location was perfect for walking all over Scottsdale. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy also.

Our room keys never worked, so we had to get new ones every time to enter the room.

Location was excellent, walking distance to old town and lots of restaurants.

Suite rooms are dated and up keep is poor. The first suite we stayed in had cockroaches, the hotel coordinated moving rooms but in the second room the dishwasher almost fell out of the cabinet when the door was opened, we had to call maintenance to secure it. Additionally despite being a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen there weren’t enough utensils or plates for 4 people provided. Facilities staff were excellent. Communication from management left much to be desired in the setting of having to move rooms due to roaches with 4 adults, a 5 y/o and a baby!

The fold out sofa mattress was thin and did not meet the quality of the rest of the room. I know we stayed during the season, but I thought nearly $600/night was too high.

Amazing location, great service, best price point in the area.

It's been well used. This property has definitely seen better days. Our room felt clean but it has definitely been partied in a lot. Everything worked and was decent but the images online for room quality are a little deceiving.
