Staff was friendly

Construction was going on that wasn’t specified on Priceline. Pool was closed. Looked awful.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was under construction so there was some small obstacles. we could smell paint fumes in our room, but comfortable to sleep.

Could have been informed that the place was under construction and that there would be dust and noise everywhere. I checked out a day early.

no hot breakfast, can’t extend your checkout time , I was under the assumption it was still comfort inn !! wasnt please don’t come . the pool wasn’t kept up and the hot tub was a warm tub . had no issue taking an extra $150 . and construction due to remodel is horrendous. wouldn’t recommend.

my room had blood stains, the exterior card readers didn’t work, my toilet paper roll had an ash stain on it, fridge wasn’t properly managed, no breakfast available, stains on the carpet, front driveway under construction

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a very large size however I wasn't thrilled with the bathroom I usually prefer a bathtub and the water pressure was really low. The hotel breakfast was basically nonexistent and there was no complementary water or vending machines. The staff was very kind and professional.

Also there was a small juice machine for breakfast that had water but once breakfast was over which basically consisted of muffins and oatmeal you weren't able to use the water for the rest of the day or during the evening which I thought was completely ridiculous considering the Hotel didn't have a store or vending machines.

There was no breakfast offered apart from coffee and fruit.

Having to change funds to get quarters for the washer and dryer. There should be token which would cut down on staff time.

The room was moldy and the front desk appeared to not care and told me that I can go to another hotel.

The indoor pool was awesome. The room was huge and comfortable.

Location to Scottsdale Old Town was only a few blocks away which we walked to, great location. The whole purpose of our stay was to walk to Old Town. It looked a lot further away on the map but was pleasantly surprised it was much closer. The breakfast was good, hot breakfast-had waffle machine for either Red Velvet or regular flavor, both were great. Beds were clean. Our room was quiet, it was facing the rear of the building.

It is an older hotel, carpets in the stairway, hallways and the room were old and dusty/dirty. I wouldn't lay on the floor that's for sure. I usually do stretches on the floors, but not here. Bathroom fan is VERY, VERY loud, need to update to a quieter one. Tried to listen to music on my phone while having a shower but the fan drowned out the music. It's just OBNOXIOUSLY loud. You can tell they tried to update the rooms, but they weren't done professionally by the looks of it.

got the room easily enough. elliptical machine was good. pool was nice. easy to walk to old town. felt safe.

was trying to book on line: by the time I finished, room rate went up from $116 to $149. So I called the hotel and was quoted $160. When I drove to check in the man at the front desk told me the only room available was $190. When I told him that he had quoted $160 on the phone, he "snarkily" stated "the rooms go fast". And to add insult I had a confirmation from booking.com for the $160. I am very annoyed with this and believe that I paid moer than i was supposed to have paid. The woman at the desk with whom I spoke the next morning told me there was nothing she could do about it. The pool should be open earlier for those who have to check out in the morning. Harold. H. Sold my room before I could check in. I had to find a new hotel last minute and paid more than what would have their.

the front desk (Night Shift) was friendly and helpful when new bedding was needed.

the building was older and needs work, parking was tight, the room was not clean well, sheets were dirty ( night front desk was very helpful) didn’t have clean duvet available but gave us a what they had available. room appeared not to have been vacuumed, they peep hole in the door was covered by tissue ( unsure what that was for).

Excellent location, close to Old town Scottsdale. Room was comfortable and clean Superb breakfast spot close by on Scottsdale Blvd. Did not eat hotel breakfast. Hotel hall had dirty carpet, and chipped paint by elevator.
