They need to clean the office and put up office hours, the office is like a warehouse. The rooms smell bad and full of garbage under the bed, behind de closet, when sign in out in the morning no body to help until pass 9. Every thing is terrible.

Nothing no washcloths or towel or soap or no trash can had to pay deposit for key and remote

No soap, trash can, cable, bed was broken.

it’s duty, smell bad, broken walls, the worst bathroom I’ve seen, 100% disliked that

I always enjoy staying here. They always remember my name and they treat me like a member of the family.

I wish they would get their ice machine repaired but other than that, everything was great

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were well cleaned

Staff is excessively rude. I dont really care that you're family owned, stop acting like people dont have other choices to stay at. Owning a business doesnt give you a right to cuss at guests and act like they owe you something. Shower had no shower curtain, and rugs were dirty and stained with unknown substance. Bed side counter had some unknown sticky substance and key didnt actually lock the room, I could just push it open with no struggle! Overall, rude, little security, and dirty. Fix your facilities now!!

The room was clean

No smoking,there was 3 people locked outside some ones room at 330 am in the morning.They knocked for an hour , argued with me about me asking them to go to the office or why they didn't have a key.I will not go back to this hotel.

I like Ambassador Inn a lot but hate the customer service at Booking.com because they lie constantly

All over cucarachas, refrigerator stinks, bad odor, lights do not work. No hot water in the shower. AC sounds like a motor. Completely mess. Homeless sleeping at the pool floor. We have a video.

Well, first thing I noticed was the aging building, regular key no card key's ($20.00 deposit) the room did have refrigerator and microwave! On my check-in had a immediate problem with some kind of radiation that I could feel on my head when I sat down in chair coming from somewhere above me, thought that the radiation on my head was coming from space heater , and immediately notified the front desk! Then awoken at 12:00 pm 3:45am in morning with noise above also molecules that gave me headache instantly! Went to front desk no one available, then called no answer! Overall horrible stay, looks like inside and out should be condemned by the City of Kissimmee, FLORIDA demened uninhabitable!Probably the worse stay in a while..
