It was a room, the a/c worked kinda
Smells musty, damp, ice machine out of order, no hot water in bathroom/shower

The price was very reasonable for only being there for 10 hours. The shuttle was so very helpful from the airport and back to the airport. The staff members were very nice.
The AC did not work, and it was way too hot to sleep well.

The location was right off the interstate and close to the stadium where our event was held and the surrounding area was safe enough for walking to local restaurants and convenience stores.
The whole facility was run down and not what I have come to expect from a RAMADA PLAZA hotel. The outdated decor was from the early 90's. The BED was hard and uncomfortable. There were only 3 TINY (even smaller than standard-sized) pillows (for a KING sized bed) and when we asked the front desk for two more pillows, the less than helpful front desk clerk said they didn't have any more. (He said the same thing about extra bath towels!) We were supposed to have a NON-SMOKING BUSINESS KING SUITE and the pictures showed additional sofa/side chair seating other than the bed. There was only a desk chair.

No hot water in either room and so had to get alternative room to shower. Part of bed broken and runner sticking out which caught shin.

We picked this place specifically because it had a pool that our kids would be able to play in. The pool was closed. Also, they could not provide any sort of crib or bed for our baby.

My room had dead cockroaches on the floor. They phones don’t work. The facility is HOT!!!! The pool was green and not clean at all my kids couldn’t even swim. The room key’s didn’t work properly. The sank drains was stuffed with trash It really doesn’t look how the pictures portray the Hotel to look. I’ve seen way better upscale Ramadas and Clarion Hotels.

Homeless people sleeping in front of the property. Garbage all throughout the parking lot I traveled with my pet and I was denied a room or a refund and I pre paid for it. I didn't get past the rude front desk attendant

beds uncomfortable, bathroom way to small could not even open the door all the way, the room smelled. Some of the staff unfriendly

My key card didn’t work anytime I tried to use it when I came back at night and would have to go get it recharged. Had to call the cops to deal with a domestic dispute in the hallway

Pool was listed as part of the amenities and none of the three hotels had a pool... Very disappointing because that's the reason that I put pool into the amenities because we really wanted to go swimming.. and we couldn't do that so it was very upsetting for my children

The fact that the $75.00 dollars hold has not been released, but the money for the room has already come out of my account.

I was unable to.check into the hotel, because when I arrived I was told that the hotel does not accept cash app cards, and that was the only gorm of payment that I had. This information was not advised during the booking process or when I called the hotel directly the day before my check in day to confirm. I had to find an alternative hotel

The service,they charged two times the price on my card and when I call to say the woman who answered me said: I can’t help you, I am new call tomorrow.

I didn’t like the room entry wasn’t safe, because the key card didn’t function properly. I had to end up switching rooms.
