Établissement un petit peu vieillot, mais pour le prix c’était normal

we were able to have breakfast but didnt bother. good that we could open a window. 2 TV's. sitting room. only 5 minute walk to a good family restaurant. Good and free parking, easy walk to a walmart, good bed. liked a choice to have room made up if didnt want it. Good stock of towels. desk with USB plugs. had a laundry

shower took long time to warm up.

Dirty, I had to ask 3 times to clean my room and they didn’t Someone just broke my window (car) The hotel staff didn’t take care of the situation Etc etc etc

Room was huge and very nice. Great air conditioning and lots of towels in the bathroom. Very clean. Staff was friendly.

Pillows were flat, could definitely use some pillow upgrades.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

It took 10 min for our water to get hot. Telephone didnt work and the beds are hard and springy.

Location was perfect. There is something around for everything.

The hot water, called about the shower being very cold my husband went down as well she told him that’s how it is and we need to run it for an hour along with the sink cause with us being in room 310 the hot water heater on the other side of the building the hot water takes time to get to the other side of building however I feel like that’s very sad!

The staff there is so welcoming. I travel to Charlotte often, and this is not the fanciest hotel but hands down my favorite.

We had some issues with the TV but the man from the front desk came up immediately to get it fixed. Anything we needed, he accommodated.

I Didn't Like Being Without Power And WIFI Where I Couldn't Get On For Work, Couldn't Warm Up My Food Had To Go Out To Eat, I Never Stayed In A Hotel And My Room Not Be Cleaned Until My Third Day Of Being There, And My Last Day There We Had To Shower In Cold Water, Most Of All My Grandbaby Was Scared In The Dark Room, I Would Have Taken Him Out To Another Part Of Town, But It Was So Dark In The Hallway I Couldn't See.

Plenty of food for breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms, close to shopping and highways.

The water in the shower didn’t get very hot. The pool was really cold as well.

False advertising no pool excuse it not seasonal which it's been hot since March and weather on this day was 82 so why pool closed. Next day it needs to be inspected.

neighbors were so loud the entire night that we got no sleep. none. dangerous for traveling and miserable in general. we contacted the front desk numerous time during the night and nothing helped. we ended up getting a full refund, it was an absolute night from hell
