Staff was very pleasant. Was greeted by Melissa who had a great personality. Was taken to the airport by a man who i was able to have a real conversation with.

Toilet could have been cleaner, room could use some updating. Refrigerator didn't work, door didn't seem secure at all.

 The paint on the ceiling was chipping  Was in a horrible location Did not offer any type of breakfast  I will never book through Booking.com ever again  We decided to try to leave one night early so my children could enjoy at least one day in a pool   hotel would not reimburse me the night so farbooking.com won’t reimburse me either for that night

Told by cops it was a 5/10 property. Cops came one night and said it was a regular occurance Moved rooms 2 times … once because the ac didn’t work and the other because the room smelt like sewage!! This hotel is not clean whatsoever. There wAs blood on our sheets and lamp Room phone didn’t work Not all buttons in the elevator worked so we had to walk from floor 3 to 4 everyday to get to our room We had to reprogram our keys everyday since our door didn’t recognize the key Pool was under construction Our first room was NOT cleaned when we checked in. Sheets were quickly thrown on, bathroom was dirty and vacuuming was minimal as there was a tooth flossing pick on the ground. This hotel is so gross and not up to an A 95.0’rating that they have on their wall. We will not be recommending nor staying here again !

Maybe the people who assist you is not to much friendly. They help you all the time and they are not rude or not respectful. It’s just that they don’t look happy.

Airport Shuttle was a available from the airport. Rooms have been renovated. Clean.

The exterior hallways are in need of renovation. Front staff in the morning was surly. Just the bare bones of amenities.

Rooms are a nice size. I like the fact that there's a microwave in each room. Friendly staff but high traffic area. Hotel is clean, although dated. I'm definitely going to book another stay in the future.

Reasonable price, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I had breakfast in the restaurant and the $8 price was reasonable, as well. It's an older facility but has been maintained well. Lightning in the room was kinda dim. Another plus was a fridge and microwave in my room.

the front desk staff was horrible & we always waited over 15min to get help with lines out the door. bathtub had hair in it. lamp stand was bent and leaning.. pillow case had a stain on it… hair dryer was being held together by tape…. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. shower handle was janky. no updated tv and the guide was all wrong.

The price and the location were great but also i absolutely loved the staff and how friendly they were.

If you want to stay pretty close to downtown but not pay ridiculous gouging prices then stay here. Right off the highway so easy to get to. The area is so so safety wise but so is downtown Charlotte.

Don't walk down the dark ally behind the hotel. Theres strangers lurking around.

I asked for an upper floor and was not provided one. The shower was uncomfortable because it was designed for handicapped people.
