Access to the beach. Located next to the city center.
Old building. Old room. Holes In the walls. Smell next to the pool (the most annoying part, they literally have garbage buckets next to the main beach entrance). Dirty pool area.

The view
The room was never cleaned our whole stay.
Zero water pressure in the shower.
First day we had to go down and ask for toilet paper which is unexceptible!The lady was rude when asked.
We need a refund for all room cleaning charges

We loved it! But we wished we could have gotten into our place earlier so we could enjoy it more. When you stay only one night, I don’t feel you get your $ worth.

Garage clearance too low and not enough parking for large vehicles because illegally parked cars were taking spots

I liked the ocean view. and that there were many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner 10 mins from the hotel. The pool was well kept. The bed had no bed bugs. the room was equiped with 2 TVs one in the bedroom and one in the common area.
Many people smoked marijuana and you could smell it if you were sitting on the balcony. There are bars also near by so it isn't strange to see drunk people when walking the streets at night. You will see a few homeless poeple on benches. Room service to clean room did not enter durig our stay. We had to return to the front desk for more toilet paper and clean towels. You could see dust on the doors of the pantry and the side of the refigeratd had rust stains along the side. The carpet had some staines as well. Spiderwebs were in the corners of the living room and one of the towels were dirty when we first arrived. Poop stain was in the toilet when we first arrived there.

The location was convenient for what we came for. Kids loved the pool area and they weren’t overcrowded like other hotels here.
The parking garage was full on arrival but expected being the weekend.

Close to the beach and a pool. Neighbor hood was quiet. You have an excellent property manager.
Shape of the property. For the price it would appear it was put together cheaply. We had to make the beds upon arrival and the promise of occupancy was lacking since the sofa sleeper was defective which had a tag on it stating so. Won’t be staying there again and most likely will find another property to stay at with a different company.

It was fairly clean and well kept. The location is also pretty good.
The beds are old and way too soft. The lock ordeal to get into your room is the worst I’ve ever seen. An 11 disgust code? Who can remember that? Just take a picture w/phone…oh, it’s dead… the parking blows, too.

Everything was great.
The room needed a broom or vacuum cleaner. Also a oven mitt. Also need a better place for an extra car to park overnight.

Supposed to be 2 queen size beds but was only 2 full size beds the sofa was broken down and the noise at night was horrible it was tuff to sleep

Internet going in and out all the time and losing network connections on cellphone. We were unable to watch tv the majority of our stay because of the internet going in and out constantly and the motorcycle noise and loud music.

Excellent location! The pools are great. Staff were very friendly and nice. Loved the access to free dvd’s.
Bathroom space needs more countertop space. Maybe a drop down over the toilet that folds back up to the wall. Needs another bureau/chest of drawers
One for each bed. The space is there, but unusable. Definitely not soundproof, because the motorcycle noise and music was horrible.

Location. We were there for May bike week. It was great. Not too far from restaurants, bars and entertainment. The lazy river was great. Bar pool was open and bartender was awesome. The front desk lady was very nice. Even though it rained, my sons and I had a great time.
There was a patch in the ceiling that looked like it had black mold and they just covered it up with paint. It did not smell. We were told that the property is under new management. Right now they’re concerned about profit and will be making repairs and updating soon.

It was clean & comfy. Not as handicap accessible as it could have been, my sister is in a Mobil chair & we had to look for a ramp & the doors were not easily opened.

the room was comfortable ,but some people shouted into the pool at night.we also found strange buttons on the back of the bed,that looked like cameras.and broken faucet in the bathroom

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Great pools, beach, excellent 1 bedroom suite that was very cozy and beautifully decorated with granite countertops and lots of storage. Friendly staff. Would definitely return.

The property was a bit dated, but overall, very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the overall condition of our suite was good. The grounds were well maintained and clean. No issues with the pools or hot tubes. Would stay here again. The on-site bar was a bonus. We enjoyed the local eateries and wish we had stopped next door to Bummz's sooner. Loved the She-Crab soup at Damon's and The Dead Dog Saloon.
Pull out bed was the weak link in the furniture, really not usable. The couch itself was fine, no issues. The pots and pans were as described in other reviews, not the best cook wear. The washer and dryer have seen better days, but were serviceable for our needs. Our biggest two complaints were noise levels from the next door apartments and the heavy marijuana smoking on the balconies around us.

Everything. Very nice facilities. Good kitchen with modern stoves, microwave oven big refrigerator and all basic utensils & crockery. Ocean view was awesome.

The location is great.
Property is dated. Unfortunately the paint is peeling and carpet needs replacing. Mattress isn't comfortable and is worn out. People in the resort does not respect the no-smoking rules/policy and will smoke on their balcony which leads to guests staying in rooms above and around unable to open their sliding doors. The studio sleep 6 but was tight for a family of 5. Only had 3 dining room chairs so not even possible to sit down and eat together.

The location was outstanding. The mini golf was a nice addition.
Security staff need to be trained better to handle guest complaints as our experience with them was terrible. The pizza flyers that were dropped at doors were a nuisance.

Very Dirty, Smelly, old sunken in Beds. Rusty Fridge.
We checked in to unit 0614 and was greeted by very strong fishy scent. As walking through the unit a saw a small blue machine plugged in that is used to eliminate odors. The side of the fridge had lots of surface rust. Not appealing. We called the front desk and to their credit they moved us right away to another unit. Much improved but to be honest if this was my first stop I would have been disappointed. Floor was dirty. Beds were terrible and very sunken in that made for 5 bad nights of sleep. Wouldn't recommend.

It was dated the icemaker leaked. You couldn’t sleep in the bed. It was old and saggy. We literally had a sleep in the twin beds because it was so bad. It looks like they built a place and just left it like that it was a time capsule.
