We loved the actual hotel itself-Beautiful location, great for families, along with a nice clean & comfy room.

The security guard everyday drove us nuts. The slightest bit of rain they made everyone go up to their rooms by the time we would get up there they would clear it & people would be swimming again.

I didn’t like that they closed the indoor pools off and in bc of bad weather. It was high winds and rain, no thunder or lightning. People don’t pay that much money to come sit in a room and watch tv. We need to be able to fill out a liability release or something so we can enjoy the pool the whole time we are there

- The parking lot is located in the same building as the rooms, you could walk from the parking lot to the room without needing an elevator, making it convenient for unpacking and packing - Pretty clean, albeit, cheap looking rooms - Friendly staff - Free DVD rental - No pool bracelets, you just walk in and walk out (one less item to keep track of during vacation) - Decent selection of in-door pools (pretty shallow though)

- I shouldn't have charged more than 1000 for this hotel - Despite the no vacancy sign in front of the hotel, so many garage spots were still unused. Despite that, the hotel wouldn't let me purchase an extra garage pass for my guest so I had to pay the meter toll across the street for a total of 60 dollars to park for 4 days (not too much of a hassle price-wise, but still inconvenient nevertheless). Make sure you book two rooms for two parking passes (each room = 1 pass) - The parking lot. Having to hear loud cars right next to your room driving in and out, revving, and playing loud music while you're sleeping or trying to relax is a downside (and I do mean RIGHT NEXT to your room) - Washers and dryers on the first floor were almost always in use. Only having a few washers and dryers (3-4 washer dryer sets, can't remember exactly how many) for a decent-sized hotel that had "no vacancy" the whole time we were there, doesn't seem like the best-planned idea - Beds feel cheap and uncomfortable, but not completely terrible. Be prepared at least. - I had to walk to the lobby for extra cleaning items (towels, toilet paper, napkins) instead of dropping them off after we called twice (bummer, they were nice though) - Smart TV in the main bedroom but old TV in the living room (at least it comes with a DVD player) - Door was key code operated, typing a long digit code after a long day or when you are wet isn't fun - Shallow in-door pools, deepest was 5ft, if you're kind of hoping for deep in-door pools like me, this isn't your place.

Location was great! Each floor had its own parking deck which was very convenient. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly. Early check in & late check out was offered.

Furniture was a little outdated. Air vent leaked water sometimes making the floor wet. Would have preferred the floor to be carpet.

I stayed at this location a few years back and we enjoyed our stay. The beach access was perfect and everything was in walking distance.

My wife’s wasn’t a big fan of the bed mattress. The room could sure some upgrades.

1409 my unit was flooded the entire time and dirty and outdated when the people below have their air conditioning on it floods above maintenance told me this was a ongoing issue

The staff was absolutely amazing. An the other hand the pool and hot tubs were full of sand, while security did try to stop kids from jumping in sandy. The room, while clean and updated, the rest of the building needed major updates. Also, the shower pressure was non-existent to the point of just trickling. Overall, pick and choice what you find important in your stay. Next time, we will be researching when the last time updates were made to the facility and rooms.

Old building. Old room. Holes In the walls. Smell next to the pool (the most annoying part, they literally have garbage buckets next to the main beach entrance). Dirty pool area.

The room was never cleaned our whole stay. Zero water pressure in the shower. First day we had to go down and ask for toilet paper which is unexceptible!The lady was rude when asked. We need a refund for all room cleaning charges

We loved it! But we wished we could have gotten into our place earlier so we could enjoy it more. When you stay only one night, I don’t feel you get your $ worth.

I liked the ocean view. and that there were many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner 10 mins from the hotel. The pool was well kept. The bed had no bed bugs. the room was equiped with 2 TVs one in the bedroom and one in the common area.

Many people smoked marijuana and you could smell it if you were sitting on the balcony. There are bars also near by so it isn't strange to see drunk people when walking the streets at night. You will see a few homeless poeple on benches. Room service to clean room did not enter durig our stay. We had to return to the front desk for more toilet paper and clean towels. You could see dust on the doors of the pantry and the side of the refigeratd had rust stains along the side. The carpet had some staines as well. Spiderwebs were in the corners of the living room and one of the towels were dirty when we first arrived. Poop stain was in the toilet when we first arrived there.

The location was convenient for what we came for. Kids loved the pool area and they weren’t overcrowded like other hotels here.

The parking garage was full on arrival but expected being the weekend.

Close to the beach and a pool. Neighbor hood was quiet. You have an excellent property manager.

Shape of the property. For the price it would appear it was put together cheaply. We had to make the beds upon arrival and the promise of occupancy was lacking since the sofa sleeper was defective which had a tag on it stating so. Won’t be staying there again and most likely will find another property to stay at with a different company.
