Dark hallway, room was bare minimum. It all looked and felt cheap.

I liked the decor in the room which was modern, attractive and very new: It looked like new paint. The cable TV was nice. The microwave and refrigerator were nice. The waffles in the breakfast area were nice. The coffee was good. The yogurt and apples were good. The two manager types at the front desk seemed genuinely interested in how things were going for me. The staff cares. The people at the front desk kept asking me for details so I provided them. One said that they were in the middle of some 'retrofitting' so it's safe during rainstorms and there was constant visible work the whole time I was there. Kudos to the women who worked at the hotel. When I asked them for something, they helped me right away and had good attitudes.

I found four insects in the room: Two were dead, oddly a good thing, and on the air conditioning unit. One was, I think, an ant and that crawled out of the AC unit however, I only saw one "ant" the whole time. The other bug was a brown beetle-like creature in the bathroom but only on the last day. It's the hot humid South and I think when people open the doors to go outside, sometimes bugs fly in. Since I saw one of those I wasn't super worried about it. Regarding the brown bug, I have never seen one of those in California. There were some young kids with their parents. I didn't like that the ones who were around 7 years old had no shoes and no shirt every time I saw them over the days. The kids were cute and nice, and so were their parents, so I looked past their 'relaxed' looks and appreciated that they were very nice and good kids. Normally when kids are in hotel parking lots, they have shirts and shoes. Again, this could be because it's hot in the South compared to where I live that has very little humidity. The hallway floors squished when I walked. Hopefully, the owners check on the floors and make sure they are safe. On the other hand the floors were very nicely cleaned. The elevator had gross mess in it once at night but when I reported it to the housekeeper she cleaned it right away! Impressive. The staff cares!

The hotel was a little confusing upon arrival but that got worked out quite well. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The facilities seemed to be being worked on but that was not a distraction

Bugs in the room. Bath water is not hot enough. Poor sound insulation.

I liked the rates. I like the location. I like the staff.

I didn't like the bedding.The blanket was very thin. I didn't like the bathroom.. I feel as if the tub could have been more cleaner. I think you should also give out better quantity of wash clothes and towels; especially when a guest is staying for several nights.

2 words! Ghetto hotel! The rooms were nothing like the photos documented on the website. We were not able to use the pool or did a maid even come and clean our rooms or make our beds. Refrigerator leaked, room smelled like urine and cigarettes. Pets are allowed!!! Which was not presented on the website. The bathroom was horrible and was nasty.. I did not take a shower because it looked unsanitary. Small towels and not even enough wash clothes. Breakfast was not good and they lock the lobby up at night do to the suspicious activity at night. Do not bring ur family or kids here... I wouldn't want my pet to stay here..... I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Absolutely nothing!

The pictures online look nothing like they do in person. They really need to update their website to show how the hotel look in the day time. The first room they gave me was horrible, the fire alarm battery needed to be replaced, the bath tub was dirty, condom wrappers in the breeze way. The room had a bad smell, the second room toilet was so nasty my son wouldn't use the bathroom; had to shower with out crocs on because the bathtub was full of someone else hair. Nothing worked!!! I will never stay there ever again!!! It was so bad we left!!
