Staff was pleasant

Rooms were Very dirty. We asked for a clean room or for someone to come clean it. They gave us another room which was better but not clean. At least the bed was clean. The soda vending machines were not working and the Bar was not open and NO hair dryers! Then they had nerve to collect a $150 deposit to be refunded if there was no damage to the filthy room.🤬 Will not rent there again.

Easy and quick check in and check out

This hotel is being used to shelter migrants. I feel because of this, the hotel became more lazy in maintaining the everything clean and functional.

This was terrible. First off all I waited 40’minutesin the lobby for checkin. Hotel was disgusting, horrible customer treatment from the staff and full of illegal migrants and guards. I would like a refund. Terrible experience

Dated, bad smell, stay away from this one

There were restaurants and bars and coffee in walking distance , the staff was efficient there was security

Their bar was closed lack of towels and bathroom toiletries , if you even look at the menu for room service they will constantly call you

Only the location was good on our visit. Our rooms were not clean. The pool is not tended to as it should be, especially if you running a hotel. No, I would not recommend this place to no one I know. Trust me, I stay in hotels all the time and this definitely was the worst.

There is even no single water bottle in the room. The fridge was on very high level, my insulin got freezed unfortunately.

I stay here often the staff are wonderful better the more expensive places I've stayed in the past. I love seeing the new renovations and the staff really make the visit shine I will recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation again a shout out to the wonderful staff who treat you to the most wonderful experience and always have a welcoming smile. And they are great with small children

That the stay couldn't be longer. Not really anything negative to say.

I love everything about the hotel to the pool to the little bar so you can unwind and listen to good music and the buffet in the morning nothing like waking up and eating breakfast before you go loved it had a great time thank you very much.

What I didn't like was I had to leave great experience thank you would go again.

we were supposed to have a smoke free room. the whole building smelled of weed and our room smelled like a bar filled with cigarette smoke.

We stayed 2 nights On Saturday afternoon we went down to lobby to sit people watch n drink coffee...Coffee wasn't available in lobby and nobody was at front desk so I went into breakfast room to see if coffee was available and it was ....I went back a 2nd time and the front desk lady who was finally back at the front desk made it a point to confront me in the breakfast room and scold me for entering the breakfast room instead of asking her to make coffee In lobby ...I politely let it go..I've stayed there probably 12 plus nights in the last 4 months and never got a dollar off anything...When we were done we ask her for plastic forks but had to wait for her to finish her FaceTime call...Too funny

The place was nice the room was clean and spacious. It was quite for the most part. The staff was great.

The bathroom is my only issue. I wished it was bigger. Housekeepers needs to speak or understand the English language.

The breakfast is basically just bread...muffins bagels ... Bananas weren't ripe...no eggs bacon sausage as advertised..were out of Flavored Creamer both mornings
