We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and they sent up a small bottle of champagne and a small cake. Very thoughtful and much appreciated

I have stayed at this hotel before - my "go to hotel" for the expo center.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Liked the extra sitting area and the coffee bar. Bathroom was huge! Free airport shuttle was convenient, and the on-site restaurant was tasty and we appreciated being able to take our unfinished bottle of wine and glasses back up to our room after dinner.

We had to call the hotel to find out where to pick up the airport shuttle--a written request via booking.com was never answered--and it was quite a trek with all our luggage to get to correct terminal.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Shuttle service works pretty often. No planes directly over the roof, however may be audible during night. Outlet mall just few meters away.

Pretty expensive, as most good hotels at ORD. Breakfast start at 7am, so not useful for morning flights.

This is the best idea when flying out of ORD. Park your car here and stay the night before your flight. Quick shuttle over to the terminal. No stress in traffic or paying 5x parking at the airport. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Their bus picked us up after an exhausting day and were professional and helpful. All staff were friendly!

Honestly, the only thing not phenomenal was the room service food delivered. It was good and I love the mini condiments but I've stayed at hotels where room service food was impressive. So...not a big deal. We were hungry, it was late, and the fact food was avaliable and open met our satisfaction and we didn't get ill from it.

The hotel was nice.

My room was hot! Hot, hot, hot! I can not sleep in a room where no air is circulating, it was so hard to stay in the room with no air, it was already very hot outside. Coming back to a room with no air in such a “luxury” hotel is insane. A discount would have been nice for the inconvenience, but nope all they did was apologize which was not enough! Other than that the hotel was nice. Please fix the air in that room, changing the filter did absolutely nothing!!!

Exceptional property, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, good functional bathroom, frequent and punctual shuttle to the airport, walking distance to the factory outlet mall - one of the best hotels we stayed in after a 4-week USA road trip.

The TV selection wasn't on par with other hotels. Our TV wasn't working well to begin with. A technician rebooted it right after we complained, it worked temporarily but it then slipped back into its non-functional state. This was NOT the fault of the hotel. They did their best to clarify the issue while we were there. TV function and selection could be updated...

We should not have to pay for parking and there was preset temperatures in the room. The guest should be able to control the temperature. We were not able to control the temperature in the room.

Good location, big comfy clean rooms. The gym is great. The onsite restaurant is excellent

The duvet is synthetic and does not allow the body to breathe. So I was too sweaty with the duvet but too cold with one. Sleep was disrupted.

Generous sized room with very big comfy bed nice quality Egyptian sheets etc. Easy Walking distance to shopping mall Decent mexican round the corner good choice of other restaurants nearby but quite expensive Handy free connection via mini bus to all terminals ( every 15 or so minutes )

Nothing springs to mind as we only used it as a flight stop over so were not really looking for add ons !

Great location, walking distance to Fashion outlets, good resturant on site, starbucks on site. well appointed rooms. They have afree airport shuttle every 15 minutes which is very convenient

Staff were very helpful, nice and supportive.

Room cleanliness. The first room I discovered little black hairs on the bed. I brushed the first few off. Then as I grabbed one of the pillows there were more and more hairs. I'm not normally bothered by it but there were so many! I asked to switch rooms. The staff did so without question and even sent someone up to help me. The second room while far better, I also discovered a large clump of hair on the bed. Thankfully it was only one so I brushed it off, but I was already put off after the first room. I stayed in the second room. The room service was prompt and even though the food looked loveless, it tasted good. Again staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to the airport was also clean, prompt and good. Staff was nice. With that much competition of nice hotels around O'Hare, I will probably look somewhere else next time. Too bad, likely my first and last time at a Loews.

Location to O’Hare was fine

Dirty. Old room. Rude late night check in staff. Uncomfortable bed. Worn carpet. Far too expensive for the horrible condition of the room.

The valet Luis was an awesome host. It's quiet which was surprising with O'Hare airport close by. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Check in they could not find my reservation through booking.com. Then I was assigned to a non existent room
