It was clean, the staff were lovely and the hotel is super close to O’Hare!
Nothing! The property was great. The only thing that would have been helpful was posting the hours of the airport shuttle on the website so I could plan that timing out as we were coming in to O’Hare.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds very comfortable.
Room was not very clean. Our toilet was not cleaned and there was pee drops left.

room was nice, clean and convenient. Customer service and accounting department was very responsive to my query about the charges.
Parking charge is quite high. Person at the reception did not mention that there is a charge for parking, they only mentioned that ticket needs to validated.

I was told by front desk that I didn't have a reservation here. I was told my reservation was downtown, so I had to pay additional to cover 2 nights at the Hilton next door. I had business at the Donald E. Stevenson Center. So, there was a mistake somewhere.

Pretty easy walk to Rosemont CTA station. Very easy walk to conference center.

Like the free airport shuttle. Liked the cleanliness and size of room and bed. Loved the mini fridge.
No microwave was my only real complaint.

This place is super convenient if you want to shop or do anything at the steven center. We came for a convention and it was so easy to walk to and from.
The hotel overall was run down. Alot of things didn't work, outlets, coffee maker in the room, the phone in our room, several pieces of equipment in the gym were broken. We didn't have bedding for the pullout in our room, and when you talked to the staff, it was like no one cared. It took almost an hour to get bedding for the pull out and I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for things to work. We were surprised also that we had to pay for parking.
