Somebody was inside to are room Saturday night I talked with the desk person to check the cameras but she say is to much to check the cameras so I was thinking call the police 🚔 but I had to go so bad experience here!!

The location is good

The front desk was not really friendly to us. Then when we found out the bed had bed bugs on the bed sheet and the desk, the front desk said it was on the pillow. They moved us to a bigger room but we were sooooo freak out could not sleep very well in the new room. The bedsheet in the new room still can see some weird stain on it. The next morning, the manager started to claim without apologizing, she said the bugs was brought by us because there was some possibility. We were angry and tired but do not want to argue with them because we just want to leave that place. We asked for some plastic bags covered all of our belongings, so afraid to carry the bugs home. I’ve been traveled more than 30 times though different states or hotels. Never had this experience before. Terrible.
