It was clean and easy to locate. Manager was friendly and helpful. Actually, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

It did not bother me, but the hotel is very close to railroad tracks. I think I only heard a train maybe once a day though.

Convenience...close to venue we needed. Quiet street. Staff was super friendly. Nice having the option of continental breakfast.

Coffee is a little weak! Would like more grab and go choices for breakfast (ex: muffins, mini donuts, etc.) Would like towel service.

Nothing went well starting with checking in. Although the manager, Matt, acts extremely nice he is not. Both he and his wife must deal with difficult people and have learned to be very difficult themselves. Even if you can show them they are wrong they're right. Not!

The manager at this facility, Matt, lies. They did not accept the Booking.com reservation I had in hand claiming it didn't exist on their system. Although I had earlier contacted the hotel and they stated it wasn't in their system, Matt stated he would honor the price.
