The bed was very comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean

The water in the pool was cold. But we still swam. Water temp needs to be wormer in the winter months.

was not entirely clean. hairs on bathroom floor and bed sheets. definitely older than expected. people running through the hallway yelling/slamming doors until the early hours of the morning so didn’t sleep much and woke up with a headache. bed wasn’t very comfortable. AC unit clicked the entire night loudly.

Room was clean and a good size. All recreational areas were clean and secure.

There was only one toaster for the breakfast area so it got crowded easily. While we were in the room the cleaning service did not service the room untill we checked out. So trash was full and no fresh cups ot towels.

It's a cheap option that worked for us last minute. Our room didn't smell like pot.

The entire hotel smelled of pot. The front desk woman was rude and short with us. The beds weren't great and the room was very dated.

The staff was friendly

Dirty! From the hot tub to the blankets to the walls and doors. Pull out bed stunk and had 2 brown spots that went all the way through the mattress. The room stunk.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. We stayed a total of 8 nights and the entire stay was wonderful. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the extremely helpful staff, everything went well and we will definitely stay again when we visit Fort Collins. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful; by the time we checked out, it felt like they were family.

During the snowstorm/freezing temps, the parking lot was not cleared very well. We did see a plow trying to clear the snow away and did the best they could with parked cars however, they never came back to clean up after the storm was over. Also, the handicapped parking spots were never fully cleaned out; there was a lot of snow left in those spots which would have made it impossible for a disabled person to navigate
