Didn’t actually stay at property. Arrived there three hours after booking property on Booking.com. Got a good deal for 93$ for one night. Receptionist at front t desk informs me that booking.com did not send payment and my reservation is cancelled. I showed that they already charged me and he again stated payment did not go through from booking.com. I asked if there are empty rooms and he said plenty. I said OK can you give me the same rate as booking.com and I’ll deal with booking.com in the morning. I’ll pay for the room. He stated no it would be approximately 40$ more. So I ended up at different hotel. That does not make good business sense. They have plenty of rooms and should have honored the booking.com rate and made some money from me directly and I was going to deal with the charge from booking.com on my own. Sad.

bathroom floor was sticky, hair in tub, reading light by bed didn’t work.

We had nice relaxing stay, everyone was nice to us and our dog. Wonderful location and comfy rooms.

The pool was too cold, we lasted about 5 mins

The property was great. We were celebrating our Anniversary and came from fla. We paid for the room thru Booking.com and when we got to the room they wanted $5 for this and $5 fir that. It ended up costing us a $100 deposit and $20 in other fees

You should let people know that the deposit wont be returned until 7-14 after u check out. This turned out to be a very exspensive and aggravating trip.

The room was very clean and quite.

The parking, one of the beds was broken, and the breakfast.
