Over all the place was clean even with construction going on

The lady at the front desk I had to call to get directions because the gps didn’t take us to the hotel. On the phone she was rude and short just kept saying yeah gps doesn’t work good for this area. Ok I understand that but can you give me directions so I can find the hotel after asking three times. She finally gave us directions then when we got there when I made the reservation, it says they don’t take the card until you get there but earlier in the morning the transaction had processed on my debit card, which was fine, but she needed my card and ID and she was not happy and was saying how it was against policy that my address did not match the one on my drivers license I had recently moved and she kept trying to charge my card a second time saying that the first one would disappear in about 24 to 48 hours but my card flagged it as fraudulent since it had already processed through so that was another argument. She probably could’ve communicated with better. She kept looking at me and my friend really weird and kept repeating. There are no guests allowed in your room and you’re not allowed to take food from the Hotel out of the lobby area.

Check in was very easy. Breakfast was nice. Front desk person allowed me to borrow an umbrella - excellent customer service.

Floor in room was full of dog hair. Have not received the receipt for the stay

the pillows smelled, I am not sure if bed sheets and pillow cases were changed, bathroom sink faucet was not dried, room was dirty, bathtub drain pull was pulled out and drain was black, eggs and sausage breakfast was cold,

The was recently refurbished, the front desk and service personnel were were courteous and efficient. The breakfast (included) was ample and and consisted of a large variety of selections.

It is located behind buildings making it difficult to see from the highway. Needs a more visible sign.

The beds were comfortable, linens cleanand the refrigerator worked very well.

The bathroom had multiple broken things. The water took a good 5 minutes to heat up and there was next to no pressure. The microwave didn't work well. You couldn't find convenient plugs in the room that worked. The phone did not work so you couldn't call the front desk. When we asked for more towels because there were not enough in the room for the number of people staying they said we had to bring what we had down to them first. There was never anyone at the front desk you would wait there a bit before someone came.

For one the bed really suck,No coffee after 9am,The tv didnt work at till the next day and the maid was nice enough to help us getting it to work.

Our check-in went well. Michelle was very pleasant, she baked chocolate chip cookies served at 6PM (nice touch), and she also helped us with a noise issue. The bed was comfortable. Location is good.

1) The room is very small and the walls are too thin. There were a lot of kids staying at the hotel due to Spring Break and they sounded like they were stomping, banging & screaming INSIDE of our room. I don't blame the hotel for the quality of it's guests, but I do blame them for the lack of insulation/soundproofing. It was too LOUD. 2) You can walk outside to reach the pool, but cannot use the adjacent door (even with a key) to get back inside. To get back inside the hotel you have to walk back around through the main entrance. It's a minor thing, but an inconvenience, nevertheless. 3) Our room had a safe which we did not use, yet we noticed during check-out a fee for its use of $1.25 (which was not on the original total provided by Booking.com). We mentioned this to the pleasant lady during check-out and she informed us we had to call on business hours regarding the fee as she had no control over it. The next day, we called and spoke with a woman who said the fee was standard, we should have known, etc., basically blaming us (the guest) for not knowing about it. She credited the fee, reluctantly, but said: "I'll wave it just this once."

Was a little bit tricky to find as it is in behind restaurants but all good once there.

Cleaning person lousy aditude. Needs to get a different kind of job if she doesn't want to work. Being kind can be contagious, works both ways.
