Hotel was over booked and we had to leave. The next lady in line went to her room and came back down because she found her bed unmade.

Facilities were clean but tired.

The hotel needs some updating - but they are doing work on it. It’s just tired and needs refresh.

It was close to the Botanical Garden and Galena.

The woman in charge of the breakfast area was friendly and tried to be accommodating. However, the breakfast was lacking. The bacon/sausage was not available, the bread choices were few, the only fruit available were oranges and one of them was moldy. There was a notice on the doorknob stating that if you wanted housekeeping to NOT post the sign. When we came back to the room, the bed had not been made and no towels had been given. When we mentioned this, we were told we had to ask specifically So the signage had no meaning. This will not be a place we will be staying at again. In fact, we are pretty much done with Holiday Inn Express as a whole.

The breakfast was good and the location was nice.

The walls are a little thin. We could hear people talking in the adjoining room. They weren't yelling just normal volume but they quieted down pretty early.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

The shower didn't drain completely and we had to ask for towels more than once.

unclean, outdated, roof replacement started at 7am.

Staff was very helpful.

Key cards never worked. Side entrance handle was ready to fall off, when pulled on. Never any towels in the pool area. Couldn't get extra bedding or pillows with our pull out bed. Had to buy our own. Front entrance door didn't work. Carport roof was getting worked on, right next to our room window. And the wind was blowing plastic all over the place, making loud flapping noises by our window, which kept our kids up at night.
