Great breakfast with waffles, microwave in the room, clean, good beds, staff was nice

The hallways had a bad odours, the pool was closed in the morning so we couldn’t enjoy it before departure.

didn’t seem to be kept up very well as far as cleanliness of the room, walls are pretty thin, lot of people just hanging out at the entrances, staff at front desk not very friendly.

The breakfast was nice Pool clean just wish more chairs for sitting staff was friendly, price was great, location was perfect for six flags trip we had planned the next day.

the gym was terrible. the photos show a gym with weight machine. there were only 3 cardio machines and treadmill did not work. it was loud. the lady at the front desk was grumpy.

Location was perfect, easy access to the highway, lots of parking space, well lit areas with front and rear exits.

Breakfast could've been a lot better if there were more to choose from. Coffee brand needs an upgrade or some flavored creamer could help out.

nothing - we could not stay

we were completely lied to and then treated like a piece of garbage on the floor by the front desk when we got there - we booked this property as a pay when you get there. we called the night before and said we would be getting there late for check in. when we got there our reservation has cancelled because they ran our cars and it declined to us traveling out of state. they cancelled the reservation. no one notified us of the issue until after we got to the property. they should not have ran our cars if we had booked a pay when you get there. that is the whole purpose. then told us we had np where to stay with 2 dogs and a child traveling over 4 hours to get there. staff was extremely rude. would not help us at all. was worried about getting off her shift instead of helping the customer said we can’t help u were full now and walked away.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice and friendly at check in check out and in the halls in crossing. Loved the hotel right off the exit to the right easy on easy off to travel different places. Dunkin Donuts right down the road, multiple convenient stores and breakfast every day from 630-930

The swimming pool water was freezing no seriously really cold too cold to swim and the fact I found 2 strands of hair in the tub meant it wasn't inspected so i will never come back but thanks
